Super high effective interest rate for Swedish market (almost 30%).
Their employee over phone (Anastasija) was very nice and helpful when closing down my account though! :)

Zero stars...
Difficult to rate their "Customer service", since there are no zero stars. The card is good. The savings accounts are good, but they fail to follow the rules, time and time again. In my case they make faulty tax deductions, although I don't pay tax on interest in Sweden. And they know that. And it's so easy to correct, for them. But no. Numerous contacts last six months. On the chat. If you manage to get past the irritating robot, who can only answer the five most usual questions, and talk to a "person", you realise that they can also just answer the same questions 🤷. They promise to return by e-mail within two days. Never happens. Not one time did they do, what they promised to do. Phone call - looong waiting. Same answer-I will answer your question in an e-mail within two days. That was two weeks ago. No answer.
Never experienced such useless "customer service".
Edit. Their "answer" below is a nonsense answer. If they really wanted to check what went wrong, they have all the info in my review. Another long wait in a telephone line and a "we'll answer" in 2 days (for the fifth or so time) won't solve anything. The only solution seems to be to move my savings elsewhere. To a bank that understands and follows the rules.
