They called me first time and gave me hope that everything gonna be ok . I make over 800k kroner à year and all i asked for is 160k to pay delayed payements because of à child support case where I had to pay 20m5k kroner à month. They told me I have good income and things gonna be OK.after one week they tell me I need someone to apply with me despite I told them I have no friends or family here .what a shame

I have experienced an unauthorized debit of 5055 SEK from my account by Plus1, despite a clear agreement that no payment should be withdrawn this month.
This transaction was made without my consent.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly promised a refund, but the money has still not been returned after several days.
This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how customer funds and agreements are handled.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to my bank as an unauthorized transaction and file formal complaints with:
• Allmänna reklamationsnämnden
• Konsumentverket
I expect an immediate refund and a proper explanation without further delay.
