I was having so much trouble with my debts; basically, most of my monthly salary went up to pay back the loans and debts. 3 weeks now and had to ask them 6 times nothing happens. Can't say anything but so far useless don't even want to bother wasting my time with this calling and calling forget emails they never ever answer anything but taking all your private information and the total silence.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy
They approved my application for gathering my loans at first, they even got access to my bank account to “verify” my transactions and when they called me back they said they had first checked an old credit control, so they can eventually not offer anything. My credit has not been raised the last 4 months, how often do they check, once a year? Totally unprofessional

We always look at the bank statement to verify income and to ensure that we receive all loans. Sometimes a new credit report is required as it is only valid for 30 days.
