Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My trousers were returned damaged, with the waistband fastening torn away from the fabric. The damage was not mentioned when I collected them — I had to discover it myself.
The business acknowledged that the trousers may have caught and torn during cleaning and apologised for failing to notice it, yet refused to consider compensation unless I handed the trousers back to them. After my garment was damaged and apparently not properly checked before being returned, I no longer felt comfortable entrusting it to them.
Damage like this is simply not acceptable from a professional cleaning service, and I’m very disappointed with how the complaint was handled.

I continue to use Laundry Republic after 7 years. That tells you! I would struggle to trust another company with my valuable clothing items that I paid a fortune for. It seems ridiculous to me to spend money quality clothing, and then send them to inferior dry cleaners. My jacket has feathers on the sleeves, I know I can trust Laundey Republic to guarantee years more wear ! Thank you

Previous late and split deliveries.
Inconsistent weighing of non-ironed articles - we almost always send in the same four towels.
The only thing that is constantly in your favour is that Customer Service responds quickly and proportionately to problems.
