I think everything is good and I am very satisfied with the product I purchased. The only thing I don't like is that the shipping costs outside France are too expensive.

Disrespecting conditions of sale
We got a faulty UB stroller (issues with frame and defect in the canopy fabric), 4+ months later we got the wrong color frame sent. It’s been a month, and still waiting for the correct one to be resent. Johan, the customer service continues to be difficult. They aren’t respecting their own or the EU conditions of sale, and refuse to replace the seat, claiming its “wear and tear”, even though it’s clear it’s a manufacturer defect. Don’t buy big things from them, they won’t be easy to work with when issues arise.
