Terrible terrible store/website. No sign of my items being delivered and terrible customer service who lie about the items having been sent when the tracking code shows clearly that it hasn’t been. You should be embarrassed. Avoid at all costs.

In respect of the below - the order was in my mother’s name (which is Louise Klein - it wouldn’t take a genius to figure that out…). Disappointed to see that you have time to respond to your bad reviews, but not my follow up emails on the delivery that now won’t arrive in time.

Do not buy from this website. I ordered a few items for around 347,86 €, and they never arrived! They sent me the first tracking number, which never moved, and another number as a second tracking code that was marked as delivered but never arrived at my address! Contact them several time and it’s been one year since my order, which is NEVER AND NEVER will arrive! I leave it to follow up with them more because they keep telling me the same things! Avoid buying from this website!

Never received part of my package. They made me write a letter after saying that they were trying to send it to me. After I send the letter, they said it's not valid anymore.
They are just stealing packages and money from us.

The delivery is absurd! I ordered dummies and some baby cutlery in November of 2024: it is February 2024, and I am still waiting! (Despite it promising me online that it would be delivered before Christmas.) I now have to travel without a back-up dummy, because although they promised it would arrive before my trip, it has not arrived, and won't until one week after I have left.

If I can give 0 stars I do!!!!!
I got so bad experience for my first time to shopping with made in bebe!!!! the postal company doesn’t delivery on time and the parcel was returned back to the warehouse and made in bebe said will refund if they receive my returned parcel in this case you have to contact the postal company where it is your parcel and you have to refund for the customer because it’s not customer’s fault it’s postal company fault they don’t do delivery and they returned the parcel so you have to contact them!!!! you are not professional!!!! I hope I will get my refund or I can give you a negative review everywhere!!!!!! I don’t like how you are so selfish with customers! I saw many comments didn’t get any refund please be honest if your professional for business!!!

I was hesitating do I make and order or not after reading all this reviews about damaged items, bad delivery timing and others.
Stroller I got was on a sale 100eur comparing to all other stores.
Everything got to me quickly (as it was stated during the order) everything was intact, nicely packaged.
Overall was a great experience

I preordered an item that wasn't on time. I reach out the the customer service, they :
- offer to replace the product with an equivalent
- with no extra cost as the replacement was more expensive
- it arrived within 2 days after our conversation
In a few email my problem was solved easily as they put the effort on their side.
Overall the customer service was very helpful and respectful. The response was perfect and as customer I had a great experience.

Never receive my request after 2 month and they don't refund me zero!!!!!!! Lost 40 euro!!!!!
