If I could give a 0, then I would. I've been waiting 9 weeks for a refund from this place. I just keep getting fobbed off. I'll never order from them again.

Each year my daughter requests a sweet selection and chooses a small business to support! This year she chose Joy of Sweets.

We ordered with plenty of time, delivery was meant to be 29th July 2026 however nothing arrived we kept looking at royal mail tracking but it kept saying they had not recieved the item yet.

I contact joy of sweets and David Milne (Director) emailed me back apologising and offered to resend the parcel, we were getting close to my daughters birthday so asked if they arrive before 13th August 2026 which i recieved an email back saying that it certainly would! Again we waited and nothing arrived and since 6th August 2026 when a new parcel was promised I have email numerous times and have been ignored and also messaged on social media and had no luck.

So now I am out of pocket with the money they took and have no sweets and a disappointed birthday girl.

To top it off i have received a review your sweets email off them and also am getting general sale emails of them. JOKE!

Avoid this company, they seem like they are scam which is really sad because we try to support small business and this has now put us off a little bit.

I was told a replacement would be sent as my order apparently went ‘missing’, although nobody can confirm what date it was actually sent out. I am now being ignored, I have raised a fraud issue with my bank which joy of sweets are also ignoring. Do not order from this company. I will be reporting wherever I can, including companies house and trading standards, as it seems this is happening to everyone ordering.

Still awaiting delivery. Now fulfilled
Nearly a week since placing the order. (2-3 days picking)
Royal Mail delivered 4 days after collecting from supplier.
Goods arrived as ordered and look wonderful. Shame about the postal delay.

Good choice of sweets, but some of the dates are gone past and some are very close to sell by, but that may be why they are cheaper

My order should have arrived by 31st July and its now 13th August and still no order. I've contacted customer service more than once and still getting no reply. I am severely unhappy with joy of sweets

I have tried to contact this company I know they are still taking orders. I would advise people to give them a wide berth. I cannot access a telephone number. Continue to email them with no success.
I ordered from this company on 16th July 2026. I received an email on 23rd July asking me to review the items.I emailed immediately to say they hadn't arrived. Heard nothing. Contacted joy if sweets numerous times. Ignored. Order no. 21256

Tracking order is complicated and I didn’t receive the package

Sent the wrong item. Refusing to arrange / accept a return.

Still waiting a month later for my order to even be posted. I’ve been trying to contact the website via email and Instagram and haven’t had a single response. Really disappointed as prior to this i was really happy with this company.

What an awful company.
I can see by reviews they are pro deflectors too.
Placed order as it was estimated to arrive by 27th July.

Ironic to send a 'rare our service' email when no service was actually fulfilled.

I haven't recieved my package and i am getting no new updates it has been 8 days since i ordered i needed this package for an event so im disapointed

Up until recently I would have given 5*. Deliveries were a bit slow considering how close I live but my last order was missing a 2kg tub of sweets £19.99. I sent emails but got no reply. I’m very disappointed I thought I’d finally found a good place

I would like to say I enjoyed the sweets, because last time I bought some I did,but the ones I ordered this time haven't arrived yet,I have messaged numerous times but got no answer so I no idea what has happened

Well I was 3 bags of sweets short of what I had put in on my order so wasn't too pleased with it as they were meant to be a present for a relative, would I buy again? Very unsure about that

I ordered sweets for the first time way back in March. I received the order,but when I ordered more they did not get delivered.
I ordered again after a refund and I am still waiting. I have emailed yet again about this. But get no response.
Avoid this company at all costs!
