Best album software I have ever found!
Great options, very fast to use and update your albums. Helpful staff if needed. What’s not to like👍

The setting up a webpage for pics was a bit clumsy (maybe partly because it was quite new to me), but a nasty surprise to me was that FSecure browsing protection prevented logging on to my album on PC (Firefox/Chrome/Edge).

good product, worked well in the past. Don't have much experience with the resent releases. However the options buying or renting is a bit confusing.

Great tool, have been using it for years now.

I have obtained a perfect technical support.

Before 10 years Jalbum generated simple and usable galleries. I can start to use gallery without any need of technical support.

Now Jalbum generates tons of over-engineered javascripts. Skins are too complex, buggy and difficult to handle.

The worst situation is, that some skins are not supported and user is not notified before using them. When he writes about problems to forum, his thread is blocked. I hoped, that forum is for community discussion and making discussion about some skin to be reason for erasing discussion thread is too bad.

Company has always been friendly and helpful. I would say my experience was great.😁

Remarkable service in dealing with my concerns

It works! A very few bugs, but I figure that's me learning the thought pattern of the tool and running into things that don't normally get exercised. Complex UI, but then it's a very accommodating tool and so lots of options. Bottom line: it works.

Wow, what awesome software, makes sharing photos a breeze, so many options during the process, makes your final product look professionally done.

I love Jalbum a lot, because it offers lots of skins fitting with various websites and is easy to implement. I'm a happy user for years and I will be using it as long as I can.

Easy process to build albums. Wording for skins options somewhat cryptic, not intuitive. E.g. PhotoSwipe that I use the most.

One of the most interesting travel stories. It makes you love Kenya without ever going there.

Excellent user friendly software which i have used for a community website for almost 20 years. Regularly updated and improved. A good buy, you will not regret the purchase!

I've been using JAlbum for about 20 years to create photo albums of my travels and post them online. I like it because it allows me to create very easy-to-view albums.

my needs for such tools are rare. So it's not easy to create albums while forgotting previous work with J-album. I used it only 2/3 times, and, after some time to learn its possibilities, i'm afraid having forgotten this investment. But i was proud of the results for myself, less for the returns... If a new purpose occurs I wille probably return to J-Album.

It is a great product, particularly suitable for people who lack coding skills. I love it for the ease of use and the amazing results. However, there are a few bugs and problems that need to be corrected. For instance, I am not able to italicize the scientific names of the organisms shown in the photo galleries I have made.

The renewal process did not go well. Initially failing, I emailed support enquiring as to why (the message was not helpful). Response was slow so I kept trying with payment - and finally succeeded. Eventually heard from support (with an apology for the slow response).
Still love the product though.
