I ordered a matching set consisting of trousers and a jacket. However, I only received the trousers, and the jacket was missing from my delivery.
Afterwards, I received an email informing me that a refund would be issued to my bank account. However, I ordered the complete outfit, including both the trousers and the matching jacket. I cannot wear the trousers without the jacket, as they are sold as a set.
Furthermore, when I visit your online store, I can see that the jacket is still available.
I would therefore prefer to receive the missing jacket rather than a refund, as I ordered the complete set and would like to receive the entire outfit.
Could you please arrange for the missing jacket to be sent to me?
