Just finished our remortgage with IMAB. Great service from Karen Ramirez and team (glad Karen locked our rate in 6 months ago!!). Karen has been our go to since 2015 and we will continue to go through her for any future property purchases.

Karen has been amazing throughout the process of getting our mortgage offer accepted. She has always been very responsive and happy to take a phone call or arrange a meeting whenever we have needed any advice. The lender we went with needed additional information in order to get our mortgage offer accepted and IMAB were there throughout the process talking to the lender on our behalf and managing the situation. This secured our rate and meant we were able to get the relevant documentation together and have our mortgage offer accepted. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve used IMAB a few times now and they are our go-to choice and recommendation.

We’ve mostly dealt with Karen, but have everyone we speak to be extremely helpful, often taking the time to go over details which could easily be missed, as well as making sure we got the best deal
possible for our situation.

As freelancers, my wife and I struggled with other advisers, especially those placed in estate agencies, and really appreciated the frank and independent advice given.

I shall contacting them again when my mortgage deal expires and I know I’m going to get the best deal.

Karen at IMAB is honestly one of the most helpful, consistent and hardworking people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She was always on the ball, answered all our questions and always kept us up to date throughout the whole moving and mortgage process. And the rest of the admin team were just top tier for providing answers and keeping us informed with news from mortgage lender.

Without IMAB being our mortgage broker I don't think we could of got through the whole process.

Would highly recommend IMAB and the Team, all of them are very kind and always on hand to help!
