The website to change electric companies was easy to use and I am glad that the new company will terminate the contract from the old company.
When I booked online, the price was clearly listed as €50.20 for 2,500 kWh. After receiving the contract, the plan was suddenly €99 per month. the price on website is 47 euro while on check 24 its 56... See more

When I booked online, the price was clearly listed as €50.20 for 2,500 kWh. After receiving the contract, the plan was suddenly €99 per month. the price on website is 47 euro while on check 24 its 56 euro. This is misleading and feels like a scam. Be careful, there is no physical office in Berlin, only call center staff who clearly do not understand German law. Not recommended.

It is just awful. Never sign anything with this company.
They never answer emails, you wait on the line forever and there is no solution made. Moreover, they were also catched to go against the law, when they put responsibility on me for the false data in the end-year bill, claiming that it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to get the right numbers from my local network company, even when I sent them the picture of my Zählerstande. Never again
I made a contract with Grunwelt through check24 website and I provided all the information like address, meter number and the latest reading. I received order confirmation and it was fine but when I received the contract, it was shockingly changed my address, meter number and its reading etc. I lodged my complaint to Grunwelt and check24 but everytime Grunwelt Customer Services blame to check24 and its Supplier NRM Netzdienste Rhein-Main GmbH for this mistake. I don't care who did this mistake but I want a resolution from Grunwelt because I have a contract with it. I don't know any other party .
I made rigorously follow up for a month and explained to different representatives but no one able to resolve the issue. Meanwhile I was paying the electricity consumption for a wrong meter and wrong address which is not my fault.
Finally the contract was cancelled by Grunwelt and send me aletter that I would have to pay the reading difference and other charges resulting from this contract. They think I am a mad and I will let them live as it is. I am going to file a compalint to multiple forums in EU and if it does not resolve, I will bring them to the court of justice.
They failed to handle the change of provider, even if they received the information and the documents one month in advance, we remained without electricity for one week. They even failed to create my account number in 40 days time. The customer service is not existing. Avoid this company as it looks like a scam

The worst energy supplier which I have ever had. We had a 24-month price guarantee on our energy contract, but before it was up, they terminated the contract without any reason and significantly raised the price. Grünwelt is not trustworthy at all.
Sneaking a 12 month extension on you despite recent laws because your contract is from before the law was passed (and which for some reason protected old contracts) is not the way to go, my friends. Customer last, profits first. Way to lose a customer for life, well done
Seems that Grünwelt stops delivering electricity to it's customers.
I was not contacted by Grünwelt themselves but by rheinenergie stating that they will take over. Noticing me was not even worth a letter to Grünwelt ...
Ordering went really easy and quick! Let's see how the process will go further :)
Their system that was linking to my bank broke. Then they started sending me invoice reminders, which I paid as soon as I received them. And they still charged me extra fees for this. I tried multiple times to re-enter my bank data, the system is completely broken and doesn't let me (tried with multiple accounts). I tried to reach them via phone, it seems their line is also broken. I got charged twice this month. This is a nightmare.
Could use more explanations about the starting date, but mostly the process is fine.
