I would like to add an important detail to my complaint: Jaden took my initial payment over the phone before sending me the policy documents, so I had not received or read them before paying. I was extremely busy at work and relied on his explanation of the costs.

I specifically asked how much the insurance would cost if I paid annually compared with monthly. Although he quoted overall figures, he never mentioned that those figures included separate broker fees or explained how much those fees were. Presenting a total price without explaining the broker charges did not make those charges clear to me.

Only after paying and receiving the documents did I discover that the insurance premium was approximately £1,700, with additional charges listed separately, including broker fees. I am giving approximate figures here; the exact amounts should be checked against my documents.

I understand that paying monthly can increase the overall cost. My complaint is that the broker fees were never disclosed during our conversation, and I was not given a clear breakdown distinguishing the insurance premium, broker fees and any cost of paying by instalments.

Jaden also did not explain when the instalments would begin. Another payment was taken approximately 15 days after the initial telephone payment, which I had not been told to expect.

Providing documents after taking my money does not address my concern that these charges were not explained before I paid. His failure to answer my repeated emails has made this experience even more frustrating and left me feeling misled and ignored.

I spoke with a msn called Alex,very nice snd professional,we sopke on Tuesday but i was busy and couldn’t finish the conversation so he said tomorrow at nine and il see if the discount from Tuesday i can help you on Wednesday.He looked after me great customer service,how i know this i have been in a customer facing inviroment for thirty two years.very polite and knows his job.not many customer related staff around these days i gave him five stars

I was struggling to find a quote online that wasn’t a ridiculous price (20-30k) a year, when I found got you covered, I called up and spoke to a young lad called Jamie and he did his best to get me a good deal, even with 11 points on my licence he managed to get me a monthly price of 184ppm which is a drastic improvement as opposed to the other quotes I’d received, would definitely recommend these guys

Good customer service

Found this company through a comparison website they came back the cheapest I gave them a call very happy with the customer service and how easy it was to get through. Didn’t have to sit through an automated line like usual, didn’t get the bloke’s name I spoke to but he was very informative. Very clear. Everything was very simple. Very impressed.

Very professional

Hi, I was contacted by Tom to renew my wife’s car insurance. As her hearing isn’t great she asked if I ( her husband ) could act on her behalf and after a few security questions I got the ok to do that.
I must say Tom was very patient explaining all the different aspects of the renewal to the policy. He was even able to secure a slightly lower price , than the original quote.
We are well happy with this company.

What an awful experience.I tried to cancel my policy which had 2 months to run as i had sold my vehicle.After spending a couple of hours on the phone getting through i was transferred and then cut off twice so i emailed the cancellation.During one of my recent conversations i was informed that there had been a technical problem with the phone system however in a futher conversation they refused to take this into consideration and informed me that the email i sent was disgarded and therefore ignored as there policy was no cancellation by email.They should make thier customers aware of this when taking out the policy.They are now passing my details to a debt collection company.
