My experience here was truly disappointing. After purchasing a computer and a separate GPU for installation, I'm now facing issues. They informed me that if the problem isn't easily identifiable or is a settings issue, I'll be charged for support. Furthermore, I never received the GPU's original packaging, which I had expected since it was a distinct item, and they refused to provide it.

I bought the Dark Project One keyboard and it is the best keyboard that i have owned so far. I reconmend it to anyone who is considering on buying the keyboard.

I only bought a PS4 controller from Geekd because they had paid for a high ranking on pricerunner.
When I realised the I was paying more than the actual (unpaid) rankings on pricerunner, I immediately wrote to Geekd cancelling my order. This mail was replied with an automated reply saying they had reviewed my mail, done nothing and do I feel the problem is solved now. Clearly an automated reply. I replied to them expliaing my situation and heard nothing back. They sent the product anyway and I decided to accept my mistake and lived with the higher price. The product seems fine but I suspect that the customer service will not be good.

I have recently purchased a gaming monitor , and i was really happy with the quality and delivery time.

I ordered the moza KS wheel from geekd.

Firstly, they were the cheapest reseller in all of Europe. Before geekd sold moza products I ordered them from Germany and was pleasenly surprised to find out the geekd, a danish store is cheaper than and resellers in Germany.

I ordered the wheel Friday night after work hours. The wheel arrived in Sønderborg Saturday morning 😮😮😮

Which I don’t even know how that is possible.

Quick delivery, excellent product quality

I purchased a CPU cooler for about €50, and while installing it, one of the screws snapped while being slotted into the chassis. I reported the issue, expecting a simple solution like sending a replacement screw or at least guidance on how to get one. Instead, their response was absurd:

"Hello, this fault is not covered as this is an overvoltage when it has been fitted. Therefore, this is not covered."

This reply was honestly laughable. A screw broke—there was never any voltage involved, I hadn't even powered the cooler yet! Their explanation was completely nonsensical. The fact that they didn't even bother to offer a cheap fix like a new screw, and instead just shrugged it off, shows how little they care about customer support.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. They're a joke.
