Very happy with the service
I really appreciate being told t text and email of when my parcel will be delivered, especially given it is a 1 hour window. To date, each and every delivery has come within the time window specified. This is great as I can plan my day accordingly.
Also, all the delivery drivers have been very polite and friendly. As such,very happy with the service I receive.

I normally have a good experience with DPD I usually try and buy from companies that use DPD because of the hour window they give which is great.
I have to say I was very disappointed in them today. Firstly I received a text to say my parcel would be delivered by David no time given no hour window given. Then when he did arrive I was out in the garden at my car because I had a flat tyre and I needed to go and get it sorted. So as he arrived he pulled up at the entrance to my garden I said hello,he walked straight past me dropped the first box on my step. Went back got the second box from the van walked past me again dropped the second box beside the first and just got into the van and left.
No smile no hello just completely ignored me when walking past me twice.
I was stunned at the rudeness I couldn't believe it normally the drivers are very nice and friendly.
This is the second time I have had that driver and he was just as rude the last time.
If that driver is going to be continuing delivering in my area I won't be bothering with DPD anymore. There is no need for rudeness and I didn't even get the hour window which is the reason why I use companies that use DPD.
GLS don't give the hour window but at least the drivers are always friendly.
I am very disappointed with the service this time and my previous delivery.
