Excellent service
The part I ordered was dispatched promptly and received when expected.
Unfortunately my problem was more extensive than just replacing the part and I na completely new unit.
I contacted De Vapour via the easily found email (phone also available) and they told me how to return it. I received a full refund within hours of them receiving the returned part.
Whole process from order to receiving money back was just over a week.
