From the start of our visit with other members of the family we were made to feel welcome, shown where we could sit & relax and offered drinks. This involved all the staff. In particular one member of staff, Annette, proved very helpful and knowledgeable of the products in we were most interested and skillfully fielding all questions.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service.
Liz could not be more helpful. I was given coffee while Liz went through a questionnaire to ensure I bought the right chair for me and to confirm my medical history. Having made a mistake in the past buying a chair from another supplier, it was a relief to find HSL ensure the measurements were right for me.

My mum and I visited the Milton Keynes…
My mum and I visited the Milton Keynes showroom and were so pleased with the service there. We were assisted by the lovely Annette, who was not only extremely knowledgeable about the chairs that suited Mum's needs, but also very patient and considerate.
Mum was able to make a confident decision on what kind of chair she wanted and again, Annette took her time to explain the payment and delivery process.
We were so happy with the support and services we received from Annette and wouldn't hesitate to come again or recommend HSL. 😊

Hastings branch
Came in to Hasting branch on Saturday with my elderly aunty, where we were welcomed by Veronica who was so attentive to my aunts needs and requests. Everything was delt with so smoothly so much so my aunt fell asleep whilst trying out the beds! Veronica is a real asset to the HSL team! Very easy experience and fantastic customer care.

I was greeted by Lisa. She helped me choose my fireside chair details - my second purchase from them. She was very friendly and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. A company you can trust. Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing time spent there, and also the coffee and biscuits! Would recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful and very welcoming
Staff very friendly and helpful, didn't seem that we walked into shop, but called into a friend's house for a chat and a cuppa. Tracey at the Shrewsbury branch made us feel welcome. My father received his recliner within a week and he is totally enjoying it.

The whole experience was customer oriented. The lady in the show room was welcoming and offered help with no sales pressure, the right combination. The delivery team, were prompt to offer delivery slot and provided good communication up to the time of delivery. Damion & Carl made the delivery effortless, putting it in the room of our choice. I would recommend HSL

Wonderful Service
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, staff opened door for us on arrival, tea/coffee & chocolate biscuits given as refreshments, no pressure to buy, although we did. Not rushed at all. Umbrella held over us as we returned to our car - wonderful old fashioned service of the best kind.
