Always been a p and o guy, but the last 3 crossing i have used irish ferries, 10x better, always cheaper and punctual. Great on board services and didnt sack all their english staff for cheaper labour unlike p and o.

Navigating through the booking phase was refreshingly simple and straightforward, not like some I have encountered. As for the rest, I will let you know after we have arrived safely at Dover. If it is the same as former trips on this route, there wont be a problem.

Misleading directions
The app had a button for getting directions in the map which took us all the way to the last dock with a big building. We were confused on where to go from there and had to ask a random person for help. Thankfully she gave us the correct directions which were to go all the way back to the beginning where our boat was. We could have missed the ride.

The price of the ticket was €70, I was charged £120 which includes a £8 booking fee. I will not be using this company again.
