Incorrect height.
I booked the ferry from Portsmouth to Cherbourg and put in my vehicle registration however it put in the incorrect height so I had to pay extra at the port. So do check the measurements so it doesn’t happen to you.

Totally unhelpful on trying to change a booking all day spent trying contact via chat or email useless had to book another crossing happy to take the money but not happy to help in anyway apart from lip service. I have requested a refund but will not hold my breath

Wasn't allowed to check in gue to a terrible late bus driver. No help from port check in at all even though the ferry wasn't even docked. Waste of 66 euros. Will never use again. No refund offered. Scammers in my opinion taking advantage of tourists.

Website Issues
I booked Dover to Calais and removed a pet from a previous booking and paid the payment as normal .When my husband turned up for his ferry the booking was for Calais to Dover with a pet and therefore he had to pay again .The website kept going on and off and was being very difficult to navigate .I book often with your company and have never had any issues before .Even when I went to pay there were issues and it took several attempts .I am asking on this occasion if you would refund or credit me for a future booking in November .I realise under normal circumstances the ticket is non refundable but as a loyal customer I would again ask for a refund or a credit for a future booking in November .Thankyou .

Shame on the superfast farry
Shame on the superfast farry, many dogs go to the toilets and pee in them. Has anyone thought about if someone is allergic to dogs, they shouldn't have them together, the dogs should be in a separate section. I was eating with my family and suddenly there was a dog hair on my table
