Are we in 2026 and are we in Europe?
I am a satisfied client of this company, I often buy their products and there is nothing to say about the quality of what they sell but the customer service should be improved at least with friendly people able to speak English if it is the case, we are in Europe and in 2026 not to be able to speak English working at the help desk of a company is truly antithetical, people who can only talk local language cannot be the best to relate with public (and this woman operator was truly unfriendly, was not even answering to my English questions forcing me to try in Dutch...truly rude!and clients should be kings it does not matter what language they talk.
Further and more important, I had made an order and paid it but just a few minutes after it I wanted to buy something else so I called the customer service to check if it was possible to add another item to my delivery made 10 minutes earlier!!! but in 2026 where everything is digital, it was no possible.

Concluding: excellent products, fast delivery, low quality level help desk operators, help desk inefficient when needed.

The customer service is very disappointing and unresponsive. From my order until now is almost a month, and my issue not resolved!

Here is the full story:
I have been notenshops loyal customer for years. Everything time the order was in good shape and completed without problems until my last order placed on 6 June.

The first attempt of delivery was within the expected time frame, but the delivery guy told us the shipping was severely damaged, and a lot of unidentifiable crumbs leaked out of the box from the notenshop, and he recommended that he will return the box to his company, and then further back to the notenshop, so we could get a new shipment arrange without too much hassle. We gladly agreed and wait for a new shipment to be arranged.
Couple of days later, we received a new shipment, the box was sealed with extra tapes with a return label to notenshop on top of it, but the box was obviously very dirty with lots of little particles on the outside and under the tapes.
When I opened it, all the products were covered under these particles, and a container was wide open with no contents inside- I realized the yeast I ordered was broken, and that's the source of the unknown particles.
I contacted notenshop right away by email with photos of the box and contents in the shipping box. It took several days before I received a response, and the only thing they said is they cannot open the photos I sent- no apologies at all.
After few more attempts of converting standard photos files, I shared screenshots of the photos which could finally be seen by notenshop customer service. And they said they will only put the value of the broken yeast in my account to be used for the next order. I replied and indicated that I would prefer to have the yeast resent to be, as I need them urgently, but since then, it's radio silence from the notenshop. No refund, no resent of the product, no credit in my account. What a terrible experience and service!!!
If you are lucky, everything goes well as it supposed to be, and hope you never need to deal with their customer services!

Easy to find, high quality ingredients in varying sizes to fit my needs. Easy to order and quick to deliver. My go to for fruit and nut needs in the house.

The walnut pieces have rotten pieces here and there. Also the almonds have few rotten pieces.
The rest of products are good.

The delivery and products are excellent but the newly introduced emails with reductions are a nuisance so I have removed my account

the fruit are yummy. Maybe try to have less plastic boxes and maybe fill it in bags?

Never buy anykind of a nut from this store. Thr quality is horrible. I have tried all kind of nuts: almonds, cashews, walnuts, whole and pieces , pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds organic and regular. The quality is horrible: old, ransid, brown inside. Once I had warms in the almonds. I have stayed a customer ( for over 10 years) as chia seeds are relatively cheaper but anything else is bad. You might get lucky but usually not. Customer service used to be more friendly and usually you got a reimbursement buteven that is not the case anymore. Even when you send a picture of a rotten product. I decided to never buy anything from them anymore and would rather pay a bit more and get a reliably good quality product. I recommend the same. They spend oodlew on ads and seem to be 'cheaper'. But when you factor the quality in you are paying for trash. Stay away!

Always pleased with my orders from De Notenshop. The quality is great, ordering and delivery is straightforward and without any fuss.

Even though I'm happy with de Notenshop's products, I can no longer accept their slow delivery and refusal to communicate. A point in case, I placed an order 4 days ago and never even received an order confirmation and no indication when I can expect shipment. No more!

Good quality

Products are good but to make shopping experience easier, it would be great if there are more filters. Especially, a filter for the country of origin so that I can avoid products from certain countries.
