Placed an order two times and both times it was cancelled without any communication why.

Only after beating the chatbot to speak to a person twice it was revealed that the IDEAL/WERO on their end does not seem to work.

DO NOT ORDER. My crocs shrinked for 2 sizes and when I sent a complain they replied it is not a product material problem and refused to do anyting with it.

crocs.gr is a rip off. Crocs.eu decided to exclude Greece and we have to order from crocs.gr with overpiced products -10% during sales period.Greeks will not forgive.I ll start buying havayanas and birkenstock

Dont know if anyone has been the same but I ordered crocs back in may I sent them back due to sizing I asked for a refund as I was going on holiday and I needed for that which was fast approaching. We are now in middle of July and I still haven't received the refund, ive contacted them a number of times and been told 10 days then told 30 days ibe been waiting and waiting still nothing. Last time I contacted they then told me my bank was holding my refund, so off I went into the bank to be told no they aren't holding it. I just feel like am going around in circles, I dont know what else to do I feel like am getting fobbed off everytime, any help or advice from anyone would be much appreciated.

I’m completely disappointed that cross eu stopped sending to Greece. That means they cut us off sales , offers , black Friday etc and we have to buy their products full price for Greeces site. In an economy that’s actually not the best at the moment. Too bad.

I tried for 2 weeks to get help, a agent asked for a picture of the bank transfer (because i brought my shoes in a store on a holiday), and after that person ignored me for 10 days, AFTER they said they wanted to help by looking at the bank transfer. I tried to reach out to them 3 times in their shitty chat, and it was first THERE A AGENT SAID THEY ONLY HAVE WARRANTY ON SHOES BOUGHT ONLINE? this company wasted my prescious time and was rude, closed the chat before I chould reply. Now i wonder if the costumer asked for the bank transfer to trick me. 14 days trying to get help for some shoes that broke after 14 days buying them.

Absolutely shocking company. I am gutted I didn’t read over these reviews before purchasing. Ordered a size too big, asked them 3 minutes later to change the size - big fat no! As in, no help at all, payment hasn’t even come out of my account or been shipped, isn’t with the carrier, nothing. They just tell you “no” and end the chat. Terrible company, imagine asking to change or cancel an order 3 minutes after making one and being told no, but with no reasoning as to why? Crap

I am disappointed that Crocs EU no longer ships to Greece, while other EU countries still have access to the store. This feels unfair to Greek customers who previously had full access to your EU online shop.

Crocs has decided to exclude Greece from its European website (crocs.eu), while customers from other European countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, and France can still shop on crocs.eu even though they already have their own national websites (crocs.de, crocs.nl, and crocs.fr).

Thank you for this unequal treatment and for excluding Greek consumers from a service that remains available to other European citizens.

Avoid like the plague! Only interested in taking money from you, giving you wrong advice on sizing then refusing you to return items due to very small "window period". Eventually agreed to accept returns only to keep the money as well! Been emailing for months to resolve and they have now stopped responding ! Crocs? Crock of s**t more like

As the other reviews mention, don’t expect any help if you run into issues. One of the rivets broke, and they were not willing to assist in any way. Just buy some new ones – dont bother about the planets ressources.

When I ordered online, I read their policy that you need to pay for the return, which I thought it's ok, since the majority of the companies have the same policy, the cost is on the consumer, but usually it is around 30-60 kr (4-6 euros), which I assumed it was a similar cost for crocs.

When I got to the point to return it, I was shocked to see that it costs me 175 kr to return it, which is 24 euro!!

I never experienced this before, and I shop online often and sometimes from high end brands and I never encountered such prices.

Usually, from my experience, when you make a return you pay the same price that it costed to be shipped to you. It costs the same both ways. But not for Crocs. It is clear they only care about profit and don't think about the consumers.

In some cases, if your order is around 24 euros, it would be cheaper to throw it in the trash than to return it.

I would never buy again from them, and I will advise everyone I know not to order online from the EU store.

I wasn't expecting to be free, but also not be paying 24 euro!!!

Took three weeks to get my order. Color was not what I expected. Wanted to return. Paid $10 to get it shipped to me. Had to pay $17 to ship it back. For $40 refund. Really bad experience. Bought a pair of Amazon and it arrived the next day.

I don't recommend this store to anyone, as they cancel orders at their own discretion without explanation. I might have understood if they'd bothered to apologize and explain, but their negligence is simply astounding. I placed two orders, and once they completely canceled it. The second time, out of the five items I selected, they only sent one. And the money from both returns took a very long time to be returned to my card.

Ordered 2 pairs of crocs, yes did take over 3 weeks to arrive but infairness when I rang customer service were great issued a refund straight away. Told me if crocs arrived I could keep them no need to send back, that they were very sorry and didn't expect them to arrive. They arrived and got refund

I ordered 4 pairs of Crocs and the next day my entire order was cancelled without any warning. Payment was taken, and now I’m left waiting for a refund for an order they cancelled themselves.
When I contacted customer support via chat, I was told that one pair was allegedly out of stock, so they cancelled the entire order instead of removing that item or asking how I wanted to proceed. Even more frustrating, the exact pair and size they claimed was out of stock is still available on the website.
To make matters worse, my chat was ended by different customer service agents three times before I was finished, despite the fact that I was polite and not aggressive. This is extremely unprofessional and made it unnecessarily difficult to resolve a simple issue.
No alternatives offered, no partial shipment, no clear communication — just a cancelled order, money taken, and time wasted. Very disappointing experience. Avoid Crocs EU if you expect reliable service

The Crocs company is a total embarrassment, the second time I found the right product for me and paid and a few hours later my order was canceled for no reason.

Unacceptable experience. Do not order from croc EU. Took 3 weeks 5 days to come. I emailed multiple times and only ever received only reply back in the first week and nothing then for another 2weeks. Paid €9.95 for delivery that said 8-10 days with GLS. Customer service provided no communication on my late delivery and no tracking update with GLS . I have contacted about a refund of delivery and received again no reply. GLS and Croc EU to blame both disgraceful

I ordered a pair of crocs from crocs.eu on the 5th of December and they only came at 5pm on the 24th of December. They were meant to be a Christmas present. I do not recommend to buy from this website. The tracking just kept saying ‘has reached the parcel centre’.

Ordered Crocs as a present. No sign on Christmas eve. Tracking site hasn't been updated in days. Really very poor service, its a busy time of year but every other business seems able to cope. The issue may be with the carrier but that's for Crocs to sort out.
