Creoate first interaction is unprofessional
Creoate was not suggested to us, we researched platforms on our own which brought us here. We sell our own line of wholesale products on a few other platforms with success, so we were of course interested in checking out what Creoate has to offer. We created our account last night around 2100-2200. We were immediately prompted to set up a Google meeting. No problem. I love talking about our products and am happy to listen to their own pitch. I scheduled it for the next morning 0900. At 0130 we received an automatic alert that stated we were not selected to participate on their site and were not given a reason why. The Google meeting was not canceled so I still decided to attend with my team to gain some more information. I had only made an account (with the domain of my business), and set up a Google meeting. There’s not enough details to deny the account, with no information nonetheless. After doing a bit of research my only assumption is that I didn’t immediately enter my business information or products and that resulted in an inactive account. But that doesn’t make sense if I just made the account and haven’t even done onboarding yet. Anywho, I started reading the reviews here and my expectations were quickly lowered. I did a little mini set up for our Google meeting but as true to these reviews, one minute before our meeting, I was emailed with a cancelation code. This is while the team is waiting do Creoate to arrive. Now I understand issues arise, things happen, they do. But it appears to be a genuine pattern here according to the reviews. All in all, I’m more confused and disappointed than anything. It would have been nice to work with another B2B platform, but not at these costs. After the introduction experience, it doesn’t seem like a place we’d have an enjoyable time working with. We decided to write this review so others can manage their expectations and/or not waste valuable time.
AVOID - No customer support
Set up a new shop. Loaded content, store offline. No reason why. Tried customer services for THREE days in a row, left messages, nothing. Total waste of time.
Why set up a online B4B storefront when you don't have anyone to help your customers ?
Would not trust this site with any potentional transactions.
EDIT - 07-08-26. I now have a response from Creoate which states:
"After careful review, I regret to inform you that we won't be able to proceed with activating your storefront at this time. We currently have a strong selection of brands within your category, and as such, we're limiting new activations for the time being."
So proof they are having issues as there is only one other brand offering simmilar goods to the ones I listed.

The whole process was simple and straight forward. Customer service was excellent.
Disappointed with the supplier…
Disappointed with the supplier application process
I was disappointed that my wholesale application was declined without having the opportunity to discuss my business or provide further information.
I have an established wholesale business, sell successfully on Faire, exhibit at Autumn Fair, and currently supply a number of independent retailers across the UK. In addition to wholesale, I operate a retail shop, a kiosk, and an online store.
I understand that I was told the candle category is currently full. However, my brand specialises in sculptural and seasonal decorative candles, which are very different from traditional candle ranges and represent a niche product offering.
I would simply appreciate the opportunity to have my application reviewed by a member of the team or to explain my business before a final decision is made. I still hope CREOATE will reconsider, as I believe my products would bring something unique to the marketplace.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
My company went into liquidation and during that time all correspondence was sent to an old address I no longer lived at. No emails, no alternative contact — just letters I never received. Despite this, they went ahead and issued a CCJ while payments were actively being made.
They have repeatedly claimed that payments were missed, which is simply not true. I have provided full proof of every payment made, yet this continues to be ignored. Each time I challenge it, the reasoning changes first it was “missed payments,” and now it’s suddenly additional charges that were never mentioned before.
I was ever informed about these extra fees, which means even if the balance had been cleared, it still wouldn’t have been considered settled. How is anyone supposed to know this when it’s never been communicated?
On top of this, my emails have been ignored for a long period of time, and there has been no acknowledgement of the stress and damage this has caused — including the impact on my credit file from a CCJ that should never have been issued under these circumstances.
The lack of transparency, constant contradictions, and poor communication have made this an incredibly frustrating experience.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
First order
First order. Everything went smoothly and company, Jomanda, is one I have worked with before and they are great.
Awful communication
Awful communication, impossible to communicate with, rigid, invoices confusing and only operate on US time.

Great Customer service …
This is the first time I have used Creoate and ran into a problem with my order. The amazing Fassal reached out and asked how he could help. He was so supportive and explained everything so I felt confident proceeding with my order. He even congratulated me on opening my business which made me feel really valued and not just another customer.
Everything was sorted out and I am now waiting for my first ever order. Thank you so much Fassal Mahmood for making this a great experience.
