The worst customer service in the…
The worst customer service in the world. They blocked my credit card for 2 weeks. I called them 20 times but NO ANSWER. Every time I waited for 10 minutes on hold. NO ANSWER. I sent 10 emails and asked them to unblock my credit card. They just sent me the same phone number. NO ANSWER AGAIN.

Serious doubt about professionalism the customer service is non existent…
The customer service is non existent and although the card is easily accepted I have serious doubts about the professionalism of the financial institution in that a mandate for a direct debit is often ignored and there is a subsequent request for payment through bank transfer. If this is not picked up immediately there are the interest payments. Overall better to use another institution.

A friend introduced me and the response was quick and decisive. 300€ credit is not much but an indispensable credit to meet up certain requirements.

One star because can’t give 0
One star because can’t give 0. There is interesse di debito every month, and customer care doesn’t know what are those. They give random replies. Email. They don’t respond. Now I will go legal as I have no pending payments and still they are asking me interest at 21%. The worst possible card.

RACISTS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have never been treated as badly as ever by a customer service representative. My review is about your customer service who was extremely rude and just canceled my call. The RACISM is very high in your customer service representative from croatia. I called at 10:13 today and as I was asking for assistance she just dropped the call seeing that I cannot explain fully in Italian. I believe your company is not really into diverse clients and I believe you should work on your ethics.
