Banned me after winning for fraudulent…

Banned me after winning for fraudulent kyc even though I've used my kyc on every other crypto casino site and case battle site and never faced issues. Only here. Didn't receive my funds either, also had affiliate earnings on the account.

They make you wait months to unlock

They make you wait months to unlock the rewards, you explain your problem, the first month I was active for 2 weeks and it's not enough, if you don't meet the requirements, they ban you again for another month, without understanding your problem.
