Well, I went to try opening some boxes to get an iPhone 17 Pro and saw there was a battle game, and in one of those battles, I managed to get my iPhone 17 Pro.

Great site, very friendly support with whatever the issue is, the only thing that i didn't like is that they didn't have stock of the physical item i wanted, but that's how businesses work. Support issued me with a solution with no issues. Will use again in the future!

Didn't win anything at all, literally every single time they would reward me with the lowest value possible item/ credits, it's a total fraud and a thousand times worse than the lowest illegal online casino, stay away.

5/5 stars. Won 25 eur steam gift card, recieved it right into my steam wallet about 4 days later on a sunday no less. Positively surprised

Ok so I put in $30 and won some stuff… at first I redeemed $30 and requested to get a steam gift card shipped to me. Then a day later, I got cash back for the steam gift card because I decided to open more boxes, (it was worth $10) I then opened a four dollar labubu box and won a $250 labubu. I honestly didn’t think they would give me the money. But after reviewing it for about a week. They actually gave me the money. So THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH JEMLIT. You have restored my trust in online companies. Customer service has also been very nice to me. ;)

Great experience with this website! I actually received a really nice prize, and everything went smoothly. The process was simple and transparent. Definitely recommend trying it!

I had a very disappointing experience with Jemlit. The service did not meet my expectations at all. The product quality was poor compared to what was advertised, and it felt misleading. It was rigged to get lousy winnings. It’s a waste of money!
Communication and customer support were also frustrating—responses were unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue.

Overall, the experience felt like a waste of time and money. I would not recommend Jemlit to others and suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy service.

Now they are harrassing me about this review by sending emails saying my opinion is inaccurate! Now they say I didn’t purchase anything when in reality I did, they even admitted that in their reply on this review

I've been playing since the beginning of this last December. I have one dozens of little items. You have the option of cashing out items for a lesser amount, its not too bad. I just recently won a laptop, the laptop I won wasn't available. Customer service made me aware of another option. I wasn't pleased with the option, they were on top of it, and helped me remedy the issues relatively quickly. Best customer service I've dealt with possibly ever.

Is a scam , never win something good

I won an iPhone 16e. I put only 10 euro of credits in the web site. It was my first time playing mystery boxes. The delivery address was wrong at the beginning, but Jemlit support helped me and send the product again.

I want to write this without it sounding fake or anything because I originally looked at some reviews before trying Jemlit & was kinda on the fence lol...

Not gunna lie, I definitely had moments amongst my experiences where I was sceptical & was thinking "Yeah, nope... I'm getting scammed" 😅
BUT...
(Although the process took a number of weeks to sort out completely due to items I unboxed being unavailable, outdated or out of stock.)
In the end, I received either, better models of the original ones I won or; gift cards of my choice to credit items that couldn't be fixed up.
I had the same, one customer service rep (Laura) talking back & forward via email nearly every day. She was lovely to talk to as well as very understanding & cooperative. She eventually resolved every query I had and happy talked me through anything i wasn't sure about, as well as provided me with updates for my orders & updates on my crypto withdrawal.

All in all - I was 100% sceptical on the entire scenario but it turns out they are indeed legit & although things took multiple weeks to sort out (they did well to get everything sorted & posted to me before Christmas), I am one happy winner with a few new pieces of tech for myself & for Christmas presents that I wouldn't have had nor been able to afford beforehand + some $ in crypto as well! ☺️👌
