Campbells Prime Meat Reviews 

This was the 2nd time I've ordered from Campbells. The package went missing and I informed customer service who immediately offered a replacement or a refund. I took the replacement as the meat is fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for quality at a decent price.

Have ordered from them a few times. The minced beef, minced venison and bacon are extremely good.
However, what stands out in a world where sadly customer service seems to have diminished is their exemplary customer service and response time to queries. I really can't talk highly enough of my personal experience of their speed of response and willingness to support any concerns with delivery etc, which is often out of their hands.

I have ordered meat from this company before and it was really good in all aspects. Being 1/2 Scottish I like to do business with Scotland. I have ordered early for Christmas as I have 18 to dinner. A bit disappointed that the parcel should have been delivered on the 31.10.26 but on tracking I found it was still with DPD in Edinburgh, however it was delivered in the time stated in the email from DPD giving me a time today. 12.30 1.11.26. I was worried the meat would be spoiled by any delay but was glad to see it was well packed with frozen ice packs by Campbells......thank you everyone....

I am old, so I remember when Campbells were a good company, selling excellent product. Now they can't be bothered, and don't seem to want business. Had deleted my account and could not manage to send an e mail so that i could log on and place an order. And to add insult to injury, my facebook feed is full of their damned advertising, telling me how wonderful they are!

Customer service is fast and perfect, delivery is on time unless DPD mess it up as they did with me twice but customer service sent fresh replacements both times immediately

I find Campbell meat is of good quality but sometimes I over order and that is the reason I had to cancel that order

I changed my delivery date on line and the Company’s response was excellent. My order is due tomorrow and I will be happy to give a review on my order then.

Fast delivery and plenty of chilled ice bags in the box would recommend them i have used other butchers only had to not eat the product as was not chilled at all but Campbles butchers were outstanding would use again.

Received well packed and all was good and quality .Not sure Lorne is but our dog enjoyed it .Thanks Fr Anthony

Deeply disappointed, will not be shopping again. Order was delivered to a different street, was missing an item, and have had no response to my e-mails.

My first order from Campbells at a cost of £143 and I was delighted. I've used other meat companies that deliver and Campbells meat was by far superior to them. Over the moon with my purchase and now my new supplier ongoing. Thank you team, keep up the good work and quality. I do not mind paying a little extra for the quality and if you don't....I recommend.

My order did not arrive on the agreed-on date. Due to the nature of the content, this was quite critical. My call was answered quickly, the instruction that I was given was courteous and clear, and a resolution to the problem to my satisfaction. It was refreshing to deal with a "person" rather than the endless amount of Q and A that is part of the automatic answering systems popular today.

Incredible experience, the meat is high quality and what shocked me the most is out of the hottest day on record for this month, they delivered ice cold, fresh sausages, dairy and more. Had problems with other companies delivering spoiled meat/not enough ice packs etc with the recent heat wave

They done me right and would recommend to anyone.

Just taken delivery of meat for a BBQ tomorrow, all had to go straight in the bin as it was all warm and sweaty, clearly been in a boiling hot van all day

Edit: spoke to cambells and they were 10/10 in rectifying

Fantastic meats and more. I have been a customer for years and they always deliver. Their customer support is also excellent and swift.
You have to check them out as they have some great deals every week and are much better than you get at the supermarket all at great prices too.

Although we had issues with the delivery of our recent order Cambells were very quick to sort the issue extremely helpful and quick to respond to emails. Was dealt with kindness and professionalism.

Great company with fantastic pridic6s and value. Hac a few things go wrong and through customer service team were straight on it and got it surts, very helpful and extremely quickly dealt with.

Tried their sausages in my search for a 'decent sausage' online..big mistake.
The pork content in only 45%, something they won't tell you on the website, only appears on sausage pack labels.
The fat content is horrendous... more than you'd find at a weight watchers national convention..!!
You have to Cremate these sausages in air fryer to get most of the fat out...great for your health and especially for diabetics..
I really don't know how they get away with it ...but lesson learnt.. Avoid like the Plague....!!!!

Another excellent batch of pies, sausage and haggis, all arrived in great condition

Awful company, delivered to wrong addresses, causing our restaurant to close, losing us thousands of pounds. Essentially made us do their job and deliver their items. Alot of poor quality items, or items not delivered. Many non deliveries, with apparent orders lost in the system. If you speak to their drivers, the drivers hate the company aswel, make them do too many drops as nobody wants to work for them. The reps just want your money, not good people.
Avoid.
