i have been ordering from Bonprix for a longtime however i cannot get onto the app nor get onto it through Google. I am in Turkey for 6 month and then UK so i have had to call from Turkey to pay my bill. Come on Bonprix when will this be sorted please. I don't even know how much i owe or breakdown of payment this is not good enough I'm so disappointed and concerned.

What happened, Mauvais-prix?
Since Bonprix changed their website in december or so, i can not load my Bestelhistorie. So returns are not possible or at least different then i was used to. Not a word about this big change on the site. returning goods was fine before change, now it is crap. Prices gone up ridiculously, so i call it Mauvais-prix from now on. been a customer for years, but that is endiing now. Too bad, nice stuff, no complains about the goods, just about the website (was ok,now does not work or loads ridiculously slow), administration (clothes that are in stock suddenly out of stock when you want to pay your order) and the unreachable customer service.

Not bad quality products for reasonable prise. Good service. Quite fast delivery.
Only last purchashe I send back, size was too big and material quality bad.
With last orders I have problems to pay with my credit card from Swedbank. This was not nice, I asked my friend to pay few times or had to use paypal.
