As a human and mother, I beg you do not use Bettys Stad services. They change their schedules at last minute without any notice. Their take is that I have to check their website for changes. I had intense anxiety from contacting their customer service. But there was just one mistake from my side - having to take my son to a hospital for an emergency and they flooded my email with warnings and late fee payments. They charged me full for the service I missed. I spoke to them with all my might and explained my situation … nothing

Extremely poor customer service. Last minute changes to our schedule without the decency to call us and let us know. I checked the schedule the night before the cleaning and it was booked for 11:00, they turned up at 09:00, and considering we are a household with disabilities/special needs we need time to prepare, but the attitude from customer service was what really got to me. I now have to pay for 4 hours cleaning that was not received plus find someone else for future cleanings. The service is supposed to make life a little easier but this service has been a disaster.

Bettys stad is an absolute disaster! They sent a non-professional cleaner to who doesn’t know how to clean. The staff cleaned so badly, left many areas unattended to including the bathroom. The staff also left without throwing out the trash. Nothing much was done when I sent them all the evidence via email to lodge a complaint. Service was so horrible, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Bettysstad consistently leaves my flat clean, often even tidier than when they arrived. They keep to the agreed schedule and have been flexible when I’ve needed to reschedule, which I really appreciate. However, communication can be challenging since neither Swedish nor English is spoken well by the team on site. I also requested shorter cleaning times given that my home is already very clean, but it seems the team is required to stay for the full time booked. As a result, I’ve noticed time being spent on already-clean areas or on their phones. Since I work from home, I usually notice when they arrive and leave. In the past, I have also had some issues with people taking liberties with my personal items, which has made me more attentive. Clearer communication, flexibility around cleaning time, and greater respect for personal belongings would make the service even better.

An absolute disaster from top to bottom.

There is a fundamental issue with this service, they do not come at predicable times and you need to stay at home the entire day waiting for a surprise visit between 8 am and 5 pm, and there is no notification prior to let you know. They do not confirm the appointment nor send you a reminder.

On the cleaning side, I had 4 visits, 4 different cleaners, and had to explain everything from the beginning every time. The quality of the cleaning is sadly also very dissatisfactory, for instance the cleaner though that simply mopping the bathroom would clean the limescale by magic in the shower, I notified this to her to make sure she cleans it properly before leaving but she just explained to me it was sadly not something she was willing to do.

INSTEAD of cleaning however, the cleaners will spend 10-20 minutes every time to cut your flowers, EVEN if you ask them twice in an hour to stop doing this, but hey since it's a new one every time, it's a very good trick to increase the hours charged by Bettysstad!

On the first visit the cleaner broke a mug and it took me 5 weeks and back and forth emails to get the money back from them.

Really wouldn't be able to recommend this cleaning service for any possible reason. Run away.
