Everything worked great in the beginning, but has gradually become worse.

Impossible to contact them after you sign the contract.
The offer is very attractive but at the end they don’t deliver on the basics.
In the past three times each time they sent a new person without announcing beforehand.
The last person did such a bad job that I needed to clean after her.
They are not responsive through phone or email. Neither for the complains nor for knowing or rescheduling the appointments. It is very frustrating.

I have been using the company for many years and I am very satisfied with the cleaning and their overall behaviour.

We have been a customer for five years, and have recently had such a bad experience that we are leaving. That’s how bad it has gotten. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hjälp hemma used to have professional staff & cleaners, and they always tried to have a good dialogue. Over five years our family has grown with two young kids and the staff were always patient with us not being as “prepped”. We felt lucky to have support and expected to be contacted if any issues came up.

The competent admin person left last week, and we got a replacement cleaner who we had to complain about already once. She showed up + 30 min late, was rude and then declared she couldn’t clean. New admin called us and said “ the staff have to be able to clean your place in the allocated time “ - something that has never been an issue for five years until that day. Our apartment hasn’t changed, we haven’t changed - so I will let you figure out the difference. There was no interest in respectful dialogue or answer to why this wasn’t raised with us earlier if it was such a concern. No answer to why we are the problem and not the staff showing up late. The cleaning lady then left the vacuum & cleaning agents on the floor and just left. She did not speak Swedish or English and was impossible to communicate with. Sadly, this is not the exception. More and more we are seeing staff who clean very poorly or mediocre at best ( even if your apartment is prepped), show up late and leave early, and can’t communicate with you. We have been customers long enough to see this sad difference. You can see it in the other negative reviews , sadly they are true.

Five years ago we would have given them five stars, and we have even recommended them to friends. They no longer care about the customer , if they treat us like this after half a decade you can expect very little as a new customer. Given how incompetent the new staff is, we recommend you take your business elsewhere. We will be, and taking our friends with us. We suggest you do too.
