Had my first workout today and I'm impressed. The gym is clean, the equipment is modern, and check-in with the app was easy. Staff were friendly and the price is very fair. Looking forward to coming back.

The process too sign up is too lengthy. also, I wanted to pay for a month only, one offand I was obliged to provide my iban as well and agree to sepa payments.

Price Experience BasicFit
Overall the gym services are fine, the facillities are well kept and the organization is very nice of the app and check-ins in the gym, the only thing I would prefer to be changed is the price of the subscription, as currently there are many other gyms in my city offering cheaper montly services for better quality machines and atmosphere. It is 50/50 for me.

Your website makes it unnecessarily difficult to sign up for a membership again. The language settings are very frustrating. There is no smooth transition between English and Dutch, and the website keeps switching back to Dutch even when I select English.
This makes the whole process confusing and time-consuming. For an international company like Basic-Fit, I would expect a much more user-friendly website, especially for people who don't speak Dutch.
I hope you can improve this experience.

Our website offers an English language option in all the countries where we are, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Spain.
If the language does not remain set to English, please try opening the website in an incognito or private browser window. You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
