I would highly recommend Bumblebee for the installation of your EV charger. from the very start of the process to the installation, they were impressive, from, an easy to use ordering process, wonderful staff who are always on hand to assist with the process.

For us specifically Bumblebee were absolutely amazing, assisting us with the grant process, excellent advice on which charger suited us best but above all being able to get to us given our location on the Isle of Islay.
An excellent Service and a company I can hand on heart fully recommend with a special thank you to Anna Koufopoulou our contact at Bumblebee, she made the whole application process smooth, efficient and human, never leaving you feeling like just a number.

From start to finish I was given all the information I needed. Sales were polite and willing to help every step of the way. The installation went perfectly and the installer was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the charger he was fitting. I am very happy to know that companies like bumblebee and their installers are still around. Excellent service and highly recommend them.

After paying for the service, no one picked up my payment to offer me the installation appointment as per their promise. I had to ring them for it. After finally having the installation date, the installer didn’t turn up without any notice or contact whatsoever. Not only that, the next day, I receive an email to say how how did the installation go. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Still waiting for my emergency installation appointment and I will not be surprised if I have to ring them again.

I found the engineer l to be very helpful. He fully explained what work he was going to have to do to instal the ev charger. He helped me connect the mobile app to the charger and explained what I would have to do when I got my ev charger tariff. He carried out the work professionally and was respectful of my property. He left the area inside and outside of my property clean and today. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bumble in the future.

EV Charger deal through Arnold Clark 2nd hane EV scheme. While there were a couple of hidden charges, on the whole the process from start to finish was really efficient. The sub-contractors who fitted the actial charger were nice and polite and cleaned up all the mess.

He then helped me to set up the app and made sure everything was in working order.
He also had time to tidy the area he was working on. Top job!

The two guys who came were friendly and polite. They were really thorough, ensuring everything was fitted in the best way possible for us. Everything was really neatly finished and anything that needed to move, they ensured was put back and completely cleaned up. They then explained everything they had done and how it works. Would highly recommend.

Fraser (Bumblebeeev engineer) called me well in advance on the day, turned up on time and it was immediately obvious he knew his stuff. Proceeded to get on with the job at hand which was completed in short order. Not only commissioned the new charger hassle-free he made sure that I had my App all sorted out for new unit. Very pleased with Bumblebee- they delivered my EV charger promptly and installed it with minimal disruption. Left everything clean and tidy and installed the app on phone for me. From the initial contact through to installation the process was seamless.
Everything was explained prior to ordering and the installation was carried out to our preferred location. The installer Max even cleared up after completion.
