The installation went very smoothly but the effort to get to that point wasn’t very good. Incorrect forms, not telling us that our electricity supplier needed to come too cost us 5 weeks of delays.

First class all round
Can't fault it at all because all appointments were on time, Jack was very helpful and patient and the charger etc. arrived when they said it would. Installers were prompt (8.20 am!), job was assessed and completed in a professional and tidy manner. A follow up call was received a few days later.

Install day
Had my install today, initially had to change the time as had to take the kids to school. Fraser was accommodating as best as he could be which was very highly appreciated. Fraser also gave me a heads up when he was heading to my home. Fraser arrived and got to work straight away, he was fantastic throughout and asked my opinion on the install to ensure I was happy with the placement and how the cabling would run. Fraser also kept his work as tidy as possible and cleaned up afterwards. Great service throughout, would recommend to anyone thinking of getting an EV charger installed.

Andy and Michael were very polite and…
Andy and Michael were very polite and tidy and suggested an alternative installing the the charger as the cable would of been running through the hallway which they said would look messy and installed it through the kitchen which you can hardly see it so I’m very pleased with that! Would definitely recommend if all installers are like Andy and Michael! 😀
