The armband feels so light and soft. It sits very comfortably around my wrist and to be honest I love it much better than the apple official armband!

Fast efficient support and delivery
I ordered here 2-3x before and was always happy especially with fast delivery and products being exactly as described.
Now I had a tiny issue with the wrist band I received, I was just not 100% happy, contacted customer service and it was resolved in less than an hour. Thanks a lot !!!

Warning: very poor warranty policy!
Their terms and conditions only state that they will provide compulsory warranty as legally required. They will spend a lot of time and effort defending this position. I had an Apple product fail after 12 months and 1 week. First they responded that Apple only provided 12 months of warranty, then when they were informed about Apple's website stating 24 months, they then said that after 6 months I have to prove that the fault was there from day 1. Providing such proof can be extremely expensive for electronic goods. I will never shop from Arktis.de again as I can buy from other retailers at just about the same prices and get 24 months warranty without fuzz.
