When I had to process a windscreen claim,Auto windscreens got in touch straight away.After the initial contact,I was kept fully informed as to what was going to happen.I dropped off my car at the Wellingborough depot,and was well looked after.I received a phone call when it was done.I also had some care advice after the screen was replaced.Thoroughly recommend Auto windscreens

The experience was a good one, the staff were very polite, the workshop was clean, tidy and professional. The windscreen swap was carried out efficiently leaving no visible damage to the car and the electronics were reset and all sensors appear to be working as they should. I can't ask for more really. My only beef was that the work was done through my insurance company and it was quite a distance to get to the workshop as the job could not be done locally or at my place of work/residence. Not auto windscreens fault, I couldn't fault the work they did and I'd recommend them as a good professional company as I'd use them again (Hopefully I won't need them!)

I was very happy with my experience at Auto Windscreens in Tunbridge Wells. They phoned me the day before to check details and explained that the appointment might take up to two hours. I arrived in plenty of time, but a Polestar was still having its windscreen replaced as it had arrived late for its appointment. That was completed quickly, and Tom started work on my car about 10 minutes late.
He completed the windscreen replacement and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) calibration within the two hours expected, then explained what had been done, the warranty on the windscreen, and that I had seven days to report any problems with the ADAS.
Tom and his colleagues were welcoming and helpful during my visit. They also gave me a cup of coffee while I was waiting. I would recommend them to anyone with a broken or damaged windscreen.
The only problem was that Auto Windscreens was on the far side of a large industrial estate, without any obvious signage at the estate entrance showing where it was. Fortunately Google Maps knew where it was, so I used this to find the building.

They handled my needs quickly and with skill.

Came as booking confirmed, I was contacted on the day to let me know when auto glass person will be with me. Work was done on time no issues after it wás done.

Super quick and easy, staff were really kind. Easy to book.

Helpful when requesting booking and with subsequent cancellation. Replacement windscreen fitted well and quickly. Definitely recommend this branch.

Took car in early as requested, the staff were lovely and the car was ready when they said it would be. My only negative comment was that the only depot nearest to me was over an hours drive away.

It took 3 attempts to complete the windscreen replacement,first visit the fitter said he couldn’t do it because it was raining,second visit was cancelled 24 hrs before because no fitters available
On the 3rd visit the fitter was excellent and did a very professional job

When I picked the car up there was debris on the seats, dashboard and central console, the centre fitting on the inside of the windscreen was not replaced correctly.
Attention to detail is what is needed and leaving the customers car in the same way the it was dropped off.
Would not recommend your company on this performance.
