Ooni's Halo Pro mixer and excelent support team!
I own Ooni's Halo Pro mixer. It works great for a few months now. Really great mixer for home pizza/bread bakers! I recently had to replace it's plastic bowl guard and Matt from support team was very helpfull. I received a replacement part in just a few days. Totally recommend Ooni!

Ooni is the best company ever
Ooni is the best company ever. They are so friendly, responsive, and they go way above and beyond for their customers. You can tell in every interaction that they truly stand behind their products and want their customers to be happy. They have a fan and a customer for life in me. Also, their ovens seem to impart some kind of magic on pizza. I’ve made pizzas with every medium, but none ever as good as our Ooni pies.

I asked if I could purchase spare parts…
I asked if I could purchase spare parts for the mixer because i accidentally dropped a spoon in to the mixer while it was on… The support services answered really quickly (even though it was saturday night when I messaged them). They made the order for the spare parts within few minutes and it was handled. Amazing customer service!
Will definately purchase from Ooni again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Johndell. I needed a replacement part for my older model Ooni Karu 12 and Johndell replied to my request within 20 minutes and got the part i needed shipped out within the hour. Perfect customer service, will be coming back to shop with Ooni!!
