Zara and Fatima looked into my case very thoroughly, explained all points I wanted to understand. They were always with me till we completed the contract on time.

I was kept up to date with the progress of a difficult conveyance as the opposing solicitor only work 3 days a week and then took and holiday in between all the interaction. Aima Khalid kept me informed by emails and phone calls and she had a reassuring voice and remained calm through out this difficult conveyancing.

We were recommended NPS Law by the estate agents dealing with our house sale. The service we received from NPS Law was horrendous - if TrustPilot allowed a zero star rating, we would give them that.
When you instruct a Solicitor to look after your house sale and purchase of your new house, the least you expect is that the monetary aspects will be correct. NPS Law failed in this most fundamental task - we were sent numerous final bills which we had to query, ending up with them under-paying our previous mortgage went completion went through. This meant the following month we were charged for our old mortgage which hadn't been paid off (because NPS Law had the figures wrong and so didn't pay off the whole mortgage) and our new mortgage. In the end we had to contact the lenders and sort everything out ourselves.
We had weekly updates from one of the staff at NPS Law, but if we asked a question they couldn't give us an answer.
We were also told 2 days before the completion date some essential pieces of documentation were missing, after weeks of being told everything was in place.
After raising this with NPS Law after the houses had gone through, we are still waiting for a response to an email we sent over a month ago.

Nasra and team have been brilliant. My previous conveyancing experience was bad, thankfully not repeated at NPS and would happily use them again.

Zhanna, Lindsay and the whole team here were absolutely brilliant and helped me through a very difficult and challenging period.

The worst experience I have ever had when I dealt with them for house part-exchange completed in December 2025, very slow reply from the solicitor & her assistant, hardly managed to exchange the contrast at the very last minute. I had to email & call tens of times to get a reply if I am lucky. Despite exchange of contracts, there are still outstanding documents for which I have been waiting for more than 4 months, no reply to my repeat emails, the only reply I got was more than 3 weeks ago after I called the office to raise a complaint. Still waiting for those documents.
