Devait être livré/installé le 25.08.2028. La veille, le 24.08.2026, le service de livraison/installation m’informe qu’il ne trouve plus le lave-linge et qu’ils ne peut pas le livrer.
Depuis, 2 semaines plus tard, personne chez nettoshop ne me donne la moindre information malgré des emails et appels au service client ou au service de livraison.
J’ai même eu une dame du service client qui m’a dit que ce n’est pas leur problème et de contacter le service de livraison. Ce dernier me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire et de contacter le service client!!!!!
Je ne recommande pas, c’est un cauchemar…
Nettoshop appartenant à Coop, jamais je ne me serais attendu à être traité de la sorte.

I ordered a washing machine on August 13, 2026.
It was supposed to be delivered and installed on August 25, 2026. The day before, on August 24, 2026, the delivery/installation service informed me that they could no longer locate the washing machine and therefore could not deliver it.
Since then, almost two weeks later, nobody at Nettoshop has been able to give me any information whatsoever, despite several emails and calls to both customer service and the delivery department.
I even spoke to a customer service representative who told me that it was not their problem and that I should contact the delivery service. The delivery service, in turn, told me that they could not do anything and that I should contact customer service!!!
I do not recommend Nettoshop. This has been an absolute nightmare…
Considering that Nettoshop belongs to Coop, I would never have expected to be treated this way.

Very bad experience
Very bad client service with arrogant incompetent people. They do not give a delivery date on the website. One has to call them. Then they don't respect the delivery date without informing the client. Then they extend the delivery date by 4 months, without any apologies!!

300chf delivery is not "netto"
Delivery and installation option for a free-standing fridge is 300chf, no delivery to the apartment without installation possible. The installation would have consisted of plugging it into a regular electric plug... No water piping, nothing. I call this a scam.

Not great
I ordered an item, no updates from them for more than a week, I send an email to their support and they don't reply, I call them twice with 20 minutes on hold and they finally answer and tell me that the item is no longer in stock and that I will be refunded in a week.

The product was broken
The product was broken. One of the screws was missing and the thread of that screw was damaged. I repaired it by superglueing the cover where that screw was missing. :(

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I just ordered a Miele washer-dryer pair, top of the line. They were delivered on time, but the washer has a drain pump fault and did not start at all. The washer was left at my home, Miele was called, and now they say there is a 97-day wait for the new pump part. Nettoshop does not answer my contact to replace or return the machine. I was recommended Nettoshop service by my architect and I am extremely disappointed.

Terrible service
Ordered a fridge with specific dimensions to fit our kitchen. Also paid extra for installation (for them to carry it up one step) and to take the old fridge away. After receiving no news on the delivery I then chased up their customer services (which I had to do via phone and email to get a response) and eventually they told me that the courrier had been notified but I received no news from them and had to chase the delivery again. Eventually the fridge was delivered after more than a month only for it to not fit in the space because the dimensions for the width and the depth are the wrong way around on their website. Two weeks after notifying Nettoshop, these details are still incorrect on their website. We were reimbursed for returning the fridge but their customer services have not even apologised for the error let alone admitted fault.

Late, late, late and cancelled
Order was placed and continually delayed for over a month. Had to ask multiple times for updates with the delivery date moving out each time. At the last time of asking they sited an 'indefinite delay'. Order was then cancelled.

Do not buy from them
An appliance delivery was scheduled, and we stayed home waiting, but no one came. I tried calling customer service, and it took four calls before I finally reached a person. Twice, the line just disconnected with a message saying, "No one can take the call right now. Bye."
When I finally got through, they informed me that the appliance had not arrived yet and claimed they had tried to call me earlier—which was a lie. There was no call, no email, and no text message. So I had to reschedule the delivery for two weeks later.
Guess what? The same thing happened again. This time, I called the day before to confirm whether we should stay home. Again, it took three calls to reach someone. Finally, they informed me that delivery would only be possible 1.5 months later! They already knew this but never thought to notify me.
How a company like this can still exist nowadays is a mystery to me. They deserve to go bankrupt.

I asked for information about the installation services offered by Nettoshop for a washing tower and asked for some clarification about the checkout website page. They reply with a very short email to me saying they do not provide support on products and that I should consult manual. But my inquire was about the Nettoshop services and not the products. They did not provide any alternative solution to find the information I was seeking.
