Very bad, they claim they are a market place but when a third party sells you something with a problem they do not reimburse you, no guarantee and it’s the third party who decides!

So this is not a market place, a market place should provide a secure place for buying. Certainly worst than Amazon and even Etsy!

My flashlight arrived in good condition. I was asked whether I would also accept a slower delivery to optimize the delivery route, which I accepted. It still arrived with plenty if time for my trip. I think it's good that they ask because not everything requires quick delivery.

Fast, friendly and reliable

The ordering process itself was fine, but I was very disappointed with the delivery of our bed frame. The delivery driver rang our doorbell and asked me to come downstairs, even though I had opened the building door from our apartment.

He brought the very heavy bed frame as far as the elevator on the ground floor and then simply left. He did not help me get it into the elevator or bring it upstairs to our apartment. The package was extremely heavy and very difficult for me to handle on my own.

For such a large and heavy item, I would have expected a much more helpful delivery service, or at the very least clearer communication beforehand about where the delivery would be left.
