I cannot recommend this store. The product I ordered was listed as “available” when I placed the order, and it is still shown as available even now. Despite that, I was informed after paying that delivery would be pushed to week 50/51. That’s not a simple delay, that’s a complete lack of reliable stock management.

This kind of behavior is misleading and wastes customers’ time. If an item isn’t actually in stock, it shouldn’t be advertised as if it were.

I requested a cancellation due to the inaccurate availability and the excessive delay. And I sincerely hope they don’t take as long to refund the payment as they apparently take to “deliver” a product they don’t have. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t trust this store again.

Bought a washing machine on Kaufsignal via galaxus.ch, the delivery date has been postponed several times already.

they never shipped my Order I had to open a case with paypal!!! never pay with normal credit card! they are fraud

Despite the few bad comments, I ordered a microwave to kaufsignal and everything was perfect. I received the device in just 2 days.

Took them 1 month to deliver the goods I expected in 3-5 working days. No response to e-mails. Do not recommend to anyone

I would not recommend kaufsignal.ch at all after buying my washing machine from them.
Although the selection on the site is fine and the delivery was fast, I ended up getting a surprise bill for 80 CHF after the delivery was done.
When I checked out my order, delivery was free and there was no option on their website to choose anything different.
When the delivery team showed up at my house they asked me which floor I live on to which I replied that it was the first floor. They then brought the washing machine up 7 steps and into my apartment.
Afterwards, they handed me a paper which I promptly signed expecting it to be confirmation of delivery.
Shortly thereafter, I received a bill for 80 CHF because I had "asked" for delivery beyond the ground floor.
This was completely dishonest because at no point was a I warned that I would be on the hook for delivery into the apartment and I was definitely not told what the amount would be.
I find this to be a shady tactic that's probably gotten Kaufsignal some extra revenue from unsuspecting customers. Buyer beware!
