My transaction went through smoothly…
My transaction went through smoothly even though I missed my brother's surname out, unintentionally.
I was then asked, 4 weeks later, to send another transaction before your member of staff kindly did it for me.
Maybe the software needs amending? Your staff, Roland Delemos was always courteous and helpful.

The two employees I have dealt with…
The two employees I have dealt with were and are very friendly and both very much “English” where I could completely understand everything they said which is very important when dealing with money honey! Being from the States I have trouble with some accents with Asian Indians being the hardest to understand at times. The terms of the transactions have been very clear for me and enjoy speaking with your people - thanks for making it easy to make money exchanges happen - all the best!
