Very disappointing experience. What should have been a straightforward vehicle purchase turned into months of unnecessary stress. I experienced serious problems with the export registration process and have still not received the return of my guarantee deposit despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter.

Communication after the sale was poor, and I ultimately had to seek legal assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I spoke on the phone and via text with Wojciech Kozlowski about a 2023 Dodge Ram 5.7 petrol. He was very prompt and very kind in his responses, patient in answering all the questions I asked him. He also helped me install a LPG system on the car, telling me to wait another week for a state-of-the-art system, something I don't know how many people would have done. In addition, I had the feeling that I was talking to a friend, not a stranger I had never met. I can only recommend him as a very trustworthy business partner! ☆☆☆☆☆

Mr. Dirk -Oliver Frank, does his job flawlessly. All points, from submitting the request to assigning the vehicle's transit numbers and returning the vehicle, were carried out without any problems.

All good. A page is transperent and very easy to handle.

They have sold me a BMW, where i worked 2 years for. I asked them multiple times, if there is something with the car that i need to know? No they said. As soon as i arrived in the Netherlands the car started to give me motor light on. I made an appointment at BMW for i diagnose. The report from BMW showed that it was a damaged car from behind and the whole back was dented and re-painted. So they lied to me about the car. I have now spent more dan €2000,- euro. As a ‘proffesional car dealership’ it is your responsability to check Cars before you sell them to people. So i advise everyone, do not buy from Amrein automobile and if you do bring someone with you who knows alot about Cars.

i have an evo 6 tommi makinen for sale. they asked 79 euros for 14 days to display the add because the value of the car is above 30.000 euros as they told me. So far i have put 5 classics in their site and no one was sold. stay away. at least they could ask the money after the sale.
