I moved from Kingston vets to medivet and so far after just one visit I'm really happy

My dog was not well and my vet was not open. We booked a same day appointment with medivets richmond and I cannot praise them enough. They were all kind, caring and made sure that both my dog and owners were well informed and made to feel at ease.
Great care and we left feeling reassured about the care and treatment.

All of the staff were amazing with George, our cockapoo! Kind, friendly and understanding. The vet was especially professional and helpful, giving advice for our aging dog.

As ever superb from the moment we entered to be greeted by the delightful desk staff to the moment I left him for his investigations, an excellent practice, informed, caring and very thorough, marvellous care always fully explained for our two now elderly dogs, can’t recommend highly enough…

Always a pleasure going to Medivets Llandaff north clinic, staff are always polite and very informative.

Very friendly staff, the vet was thorough and explained everything to us. Reassured us too. Also gave us options for treatment.

I use Medivet for my own dogs and for any foster dogs I have in, they are always well looked after. This is the first time I have had to wait several weeks for F&W tablets but they usually only take a day or two.

Medivet is a lovely practice with nice dedicated staff. Our vet was great with our cats who were very relaxed when receiving their boosters. He explained the procedures clearly and it was a positive experience.

Casey and I were greeted with warm and friendly staff from the minute we entered Medivet Alloa. The vet Megan was absoluetely amazing with Casey and gave her plenty compliments and some dreamies too! Which she loved! She was so gentle and calm with her too. Casey is usually scared of coming out of her carrier and Megan was so patient with her. LOVE Medivet and will continue to trust you all with Casey and will also continue to recommend to everyone!! 🫶🫶

My dog was going for his health check, he has allergies The nurse can't prescribe, but the skin vet heard us talking and saw my dog straight away, otherwise I would had have to wait two weeks for an appointment. The nurse and skin specialist are so friendly, absolutely brilliant. I also have pet plan, so that saves me alot of money.

Great service as always. Lovely staff, friendly and professional. Seen on time, great information from Alex the Vet, and and more than happy with the service overall.

My cats have been patients at the veterinary surgery for over 20 years. I took Jerry in who is 15 years old and had stopped eating and losing weight the vet we saw was very thorough and booked Jerry in for investigations and I feel confident we will find out what is wrong with him. 🙏🏻
