The order took almost 4 weeks to arrive, with no justification for such a long wait. The only compensation was a tiny bag passed off as a "gift," which felt insulting rather than thoughtful. I won't be ordering again.

We only produce small quantities of some of our pieces in Asia in order to offer more accessible prices while maintaining the quality, durability of our products, and our commitment to more responsible fashion.
It is also important to note that many French and American brands have part of their collections manufactured in Asia (mainly in China) and then market their products from their country of origin. We therefore do not consider this practice to be an issue, especially since we have always chosen to remain transparent about the origin of our production and shipments. Regarding delivery times, our usual delivery timeframe is 7 to 10 business days. However, in exceptional situations, delays may occur due to logistical issues with carriers, which are beyond our control. Finally, we are sorry to hear that the gift included with your order did not particularly meet your expectations. Our intention was simply to offer a small gesture as an apology for the delivery delay.

AVOID! Save yourself the headache..
With all of the reputable, easy to work w vendors out there, I would stay away from MLP.
1) clothes run small to size so it is hard to find the right fit
2) the material and finishing is overpriced for the product. I’d rather buy from one of the many Amazon brands or Beyond Yoga, Athleta vs MLP
3) Returns are EXPENSIVE!!! Returns have to sent to France! Any savings you think you are getting from the buy 2 get 1 free will be eaten up if you want a refund
4) I retuned items I did not even try on (bought several sizes, larger one fit, so returned UNOPENED packages), only to be told the items in the packages were not returnable due to stains! How does this happen?
Overall, not worth the headache. Take a screenshot of the item you like from MLP, put the picture in google, and options from other brands will appear. DON’T buy from them until the reviews from MLP start to change and MLP changes their deceptive business practices.

Got a cheap, poorly made mismatched set.
The items I ordered online were a different fabric and colour to what’s advertised. Horrible experience. First order and I won’t be ordering again. They advertised matching sets and the pants are a completely different colour and fabric composition to what is shows and stated online. What I record was mismatching colours and fabrics. The pants were stiff and poor quality with a saggy ruching on waste-band. I’ve emailed customer service and even on instagram and yet to get a response. It’s been a horrible experience so far and I don’t even know if I can return from Australia even though this company is at fault.

I ordered the expensive mood top/matching pants
I ordered an expensive set (mood set), the pants and top are different materials, and the colors don't even match! The top is a darker grey as depicted in the picture on their website, the pants are silver. The pants are a cheap polyester/satin type material, the stitching is terrible and the overall quality awful. I have contacted them to start a return and haven't heard back. FYI you are on the hook for sending a return back (to China) to get a refund, but to me it is worth it, as the other option is to keep the garbage and get a 70% store credit. Which would leave me out about $45 and left with a store credit for more garbage activewear. This isn't a French company; this crap comes from Shanghai.

Delayed delivery
Delayed delivery, bad quality of clothing, overpriced. Especially disenchanted with the poor quality of products. Go somewhere else, a real show with natural and well suiting products.

Really complicated and expensive returns process…
Really complicated and expensive returns process. 1. Returns were not allowed without pre-approval. Every email interaction took 1 week to respond. Then the return process involved having to return within 14 days. Emailing photos of the return. The product originally shipped from China but had to be returned to France. All international shipping costs to France from Australia including tracking costs had to be paid by the customer. The items are expensive. A pair of tights that cost $112. Even after all the return shipping costs were paid by me they still kept $56 of the $112 claiming that I had not returned a pair of “free” socks that I never asked for, never wanted and never received. The reason for the return was the poor quality of the product - a shiny polyester fabric unsuitable for exercise wear.
