Poor packaging and poor customer service. Asked for photos of my torn up gift box. It's a stupid gift box, just ship me another instead of wasting more of my time. Also, not drop shipping from france. It comes with Chinese lettering on it. Not worth the moneu

At first, I was a bit skeptical because I discovered this brand through an Instagram advertisement. However, I decided to place an order anyway. The shipping took quite a while, but that wasn't a problem. The quality is good, and the customer service was excellent. Nicole, in particular, was incredibly helpful and provided great support. I ordered three pieces and also received two more pieces in addition because of order volume. Shipping to me was quick and well structured even though the goods came from China. The quality of the products is ok-ish. Red lingerie uses A LOT of colors which wash out extremely at first. Be careful with that.
Then I wanted to return the items I did not want because they were not fitting and the misery began. The replys were always fast and friendly (I assume they use AI) but it took a lot of discussions until they agreed I can get a full refund and shared an address to where I can ship the goods. It tool then additional 3 weeks and several reminder emails after they had already received the products for them to refund me. I will never order again at this shop.

I placed (a fairly big) order and everything seemed to go well. However, i did not get an orderconfirmation or any login credentials. The payment was completed on my creditcard. After contact the company could not find any order nor could acknowledge receiving the money. So, no order but i did loose my money. Seems like a scam.

Ordered two pieces of lingerie about almost a month ago. Put in a request of return for one of them. In the beginning, they kindly replied with the available options. After confirming twice that I wanted a full refund, I never heard from them again. Really bad service, will never order again and tell everyone to stay away.

I was unhappy with the very low quality of my products. After returning my products with proof of delivery, Nicole is purposely delaying the refund, claiming the package 'has not been found yet'. Even though I have been very friendly and understanding, She is trying everything to not pay back the money I am owed.

This seems to be a deliberate way of trying to scam people. Do not buy anything here.

What a terrible service. I wanted to send some items back because they didn't fit. I sent them an email, but 14 days later, I still haven't received a response. Now I'm looking at the reviews and seeing that everyone is saying the same thing, including that they don't refund your money. To anyone thinking of buying something here: DON'T DO IT! It's a terrible dropshipping company. Also, the quality is extremely bad. I washed it just once and all the stitching is already coming undone.

Product got damaged after one use, but Nicole from the client service helped me solve the situation quite quickly.

I ordered a body from Naked Underwear in March 2026 and after only one use the sewing starts to undo and the lace starts to rip. I got in touch with the brand and 3 days after the situation was solved :)

I had to do an exchange for a different size for part of a set I ordered — at first we had a misunderstanding for how to do the exchange but Nicole was really helpful and attentive to finding a resolution. The lingerie also looks just as pretty in-person.

I like the quality and I was able to return items which doesn't always work with lingerie

Terrible experience. I returned an item with tracked shipping as requested — this cost me money out of pocket. Weeks later, still no refund. Customer service keeps sending the same templated responses asking for information I already gave them, while my package apparently sits 'stuck at a pickup location.' They won't process the refund until the package is 'in their warehouse' — even with proof of valid tracking. This is a deliberate stalling tactic. Avoid this company if you value your money.

The company engages in dropshipping. Previous claims from them regarding their warehouse in France are incorrect. If you enter the track and trace code on an independent global tracker (e.g., parcelsapp.com), you will see that it comes from a warehouse in China. It is therefore not surprising that the delivery time takes a bit longer, and that the quality is somewhat negligent, along with the difficult returns process.
