Good selection and decent value. I am sad just of the very unhealthy options for sweeteners in products like sucralose and acesulfame k. Also weird added chemicals to already plasticcy clothes. Hopefully soon more natural options would be available. Also better discounts on some countries than others!

Premium meh
For the list price I would have expected premium whey products, but the taste and blendability leave a lot to be desired. It also seems like there’s a perpetual discount campaign going on and the list prices are never meant to be paid in full anyway, which feels scammy.

I have used Myprotein for years now
I have used Myprotein for years now. I am a martial artist who does not eat enough for the energy I expect my body to pump out. When I started taking supplements it was only really protein powder and bcaa powder, I had been buying expensive brand powders and realised I was wasting my money, for the product and quality it makes no sense paying more essentially for a name. Since then Myprotein has widened its product range significantly so anything you need in terms of vitamins, minerals protein this is a one stop shop. Their range of vitamins is extensive as well as things like maca and shilajit, they have everything you could want at low cost. This is not to say it is a 'cheap' outlet , their range offers high end quality and caters also to vegetarian and vegan requirements. If you know what you need what I like particularly about Myprotein is the ability to make the products you might otherwise pay much more as a readymade, for example if u were looking for a 'bulk up' powder you could choose rolled oats which are incredible cheap for a 5kg bag , mix it up with protein powder or bcaa and other nutrients and u have a similar but much cheaper option.
In summary; great prices, great range, great quality.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I made an order. I lost my money, and I never had any order confirmation. Their customer service is a joke. No e-mail or phone number available, just their website messages. It takes them 24+ hours to reply and now they "don't find my order" even though I lost my money and still haven't got any of it back.

Ordering was very easy and the website was clear and pleasant to use. The discounts were also a big plus and definitely increased my motivation to buy.
The delivery time was originally estimated to be a tad long ( almost 2weeks from ordering day), but to my surprise the package arrived much earlier than expected, which made me really happy.
The protein powders taste genuinely great (and Im picky) and are very gentle on the stomach, which is super important to me.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be a returning customer.
