You think you are investing for the future but it is all a proper trap innit a total stitch up. i put all my savings in Winsor Brokers there thinking it was legit but when i try to get a withdrawal they just block my account and deny everything like i never even gave them a penny. Are they mental or what. It is a massive fraud operation and they are robbing ordinary people blind. i was proper desperate staring at my empty screen feeling like that time u do an awkward wave to the wrong person in the street but a million times worse because my whole life savings just vanished into thin air. I had no choice but to find a way out because the support chat was just ghosting me. That is when i had to use ‌Io͏cke͏яidge͏ ,INtl to get my money back because nobody else would help me. If it was not for ‌Io͏cke͏яidge͏ ,INtl, I would be completely ruined right now because Windsor brokers is nothing but a scam designed to leave u with absolutely nothing. They are right criminals and people need to know the truth about what they are doing to innocent folk who just wanted to make a little extra cash.

My experience with Windsor Brokers has been extremely disappointing.

Since December 2025, I have made numerous good-faith attempts to resolve a formal complaint directly with Windsor Brokers. I emailed their Support and Compliance departments multiple times, attaching proof of my deposits, proof of my account onboarding, and the relevant case/reference numbers from my communications with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). I also contacted MetaQuotes because its trading platform was used in connection with my account.

Despite Windsor Brokers’ published Complaint Handling Policy stating that complaints will be acknowledged within two working days and assigned a Unique Reference Number (URN), I did not receive the acknowledgement or complaint reference described in their policy, nor did I receive a substantive response to my complaint.

During a later live chat, a Windsor Brokers representative confirmed that my emails had been received, that my complaint had been forwarded internally, and that I had been using the correct Support and Compliance email addresses. Despite that confirmation, my complaint remained unresolved.

Since I first raised my concerns, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has added Windsor Brokers (BZ) Ltd. to its Investor Alert list, stating that the company is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities. This information is publicly available on the OSC’s website.

Even after this development, I have continued to act professionally and have offered Windsor Brokers an opportunity to resolve this matter amicably, but I have yet to receive a meaningful response.

My review is based solely on my personal experience. I hope Windsor Brokers will improve its complaint-handling process and respond to clients in accordance with its own published policies.

I must admit that since I got aligned with Windsor broker in 2020; I have not looked at any other platform with so much of collaboration. There has never been any issue w.r.t Transfer In and Transfer Out.

Never ever I had a complaint about the extra or unwarranted swap or commission while I always keep on fighting for further reduction.

The relationship manager Maya Beaini ends up talking to me more about how they can help me more rather then any trivial issues.

I had a great experience with Windsor Brokers. The platform is smooth and easy to use, and the execution speed is very good. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Deposits and withdrawals were handled without issues, which is very important for me. Overall, a reliable broker and I’m satisfied with their service.

Poor customer service. I’ve wrote over FOUR emails, and contacted support through the app yet I haven’t received an any assistance to my issue. It has been over a week waiting for a response to no avail. When I wrote a review the first time I was told to email support for the fourth time explaining my issue— to which I did. Four days later….NO RESPONSE. Absolutely poor.

While they wrote in the site there is NO Deposit bonus, after registration and KYC, I asked them how to move forward and they told me the it's not available in my region, I asked them politely WHY aren't you writing that on the site..? they instantly Closed the chat on me while saying this is for crypto customers servies only.

I am very much pleased to join Windsor Brokers. Smooth operation and promise kept. Loyalty program and competition are excellent.

I followed all of the regulations, and they closed my account and took all of my monie; what a waste of efforts and time. I believed this was a legitimate broker, but I was mistaken. If transparency and fairness are important to you, stay away. I filed legal action against this so-called trade site and received the money I was promised. Windsor Brokers will treat you with no regard.

Broker wm, a broker that serves Iranians, is a broker that is committing theft. It applies negative slippage to all trades on the stop loss, but closes a point on the profit. True, slippage is normal, but only on the stop loss, and that in the negative direction only?? Account number 80034951
