This is a terrible broker. I contacted support and asked them to reset my balance to zero, but they never did it.

Instead, they told me it would be handled within a day or two, and then they suspended my account for "risky trading." I have never seen a broker like this. They claim I am exploiting negative balance protection, even though they failed to zero out my account when I first asked!

**Please Be Extremely Careful With This Broker**
For years, I experienced repeated margin calls, and now they have forcibly closed my account and sent me an email saying that I can no longer trade.

I complained that whenever I made significant profits, withdrawals were delayed, and that after allowing me to make profits for a couple of months, I would repeatedly end up facing a margin call.

They eventually closed my account.

**Traders, please be careful. In my experience, FP Markets is a broker that requires extreme caution. Do your own research and due diligence before depositing your money.**

I have been trading for 15 years, and based on my experience, I strongly believe this broker deserves serious caution.

My experience has been that they may allow clients to make reasonable profits for a period of time, but then the trading conditions can suddenly change, resulting in severe financial, mental, and physical stress. It can feel like a gambling-machine algorithm: once the losses start, they keep going until the account is eventually pushed toward a margin call.

What happened to me today was especially concerning. My positions could not be closed properly, and I was unable to modify my take-profit orders. When I contacted support, I was simply told that it was an internet connection problem.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I was simultaneously communicating with trading and FP Markets-related support, and I was still told that the problem was on my side.

They use sophisticated trading terminology to explain why certain things supposedly happen, but in my experience, these explanations do not match what actually happens during critical moments.

The most serious issue is execution. In trading, **one second can make a huge difference**. Yet I have experienced situations where I was told that they were “investigating” the issue and that I needed to wait—sometimes for several minutes. By then, the market can move dramatically and the damage is already done.

When I became angry and used strong language, instead of addressing the actual problem or apologizing for the trading failure, the conversation was dismissed as a matter of “abusive language.”

I am not writing this because I simply had a losing trade. I have been trading for 15 years, and I understand that losses are part of trading.

**My concern is the repeated problems with execution, closing positions, modifying TP orders, and the way support handles these critical situations.**

Please be extremely careful and do your own due diligence before depositing money with this broker. Do not assume that making profits for a few months means your experience will remain the same when market conditions become highly volatile.

**When your money is on the line, execution matters. And when a broker cannot reliably execute or close your trades at critical moments, that is a serious risk that every trader should understand.
They have even removed the live chat window. Traders, please be careful. And be especially careful when you make a large profit. Withdrawals can be delayed for a very long time. In my experience, I have never received a withdrawal while my account was still profitable. After a margin call, when only a small amount remained in the account, the withdrawal was processed. This has happened to me repeatedly over the years. Be careful, traders.

Im strongly disappointed that fp markets is not a good platform. I only perfome 2-3 trades with lot size 1-1 and generate profit with equity 2100 and make profit in just 1 hour. After that market goes close once its open i lose almost all my money at the end they said you are doing abusive trading activity now i dont know which activity is abusive. Keep away from fpmarkets. They return my deposit but i will never recommend its a bad platform.
