Awesome Customer service

Awesome Customer service, connected me to an agent within micro seconds and helped me resolve my concern within 5 minautes and the customer service representative was very respectful, loved it.

I created an account today but was a bit confused on the PIN number & locked myself out my account I then spoke to a customer service agent on chat name mr ELLI who quickly solved my problem and i closed the chat but I was still back to the same problem with the pin an thinking this changed my password so I done the same process an again locked myself out so I went back to the chat an I then spoke to 2nd agent named my HARRY who same as mr ELLI quickly solved my issue an I sent him a picture of my issue I’m having an he quickly informed me of my mistake I was making an explained the correct process on how to get back into my account which I did an I am very pleased with the customer service from both agents very valuable asset to your company 100/100 for both of them

BEWARE – They cancel profits and refuse withdrawals!

I am sharing my experience to warn every trader considering FP Markets. I deposited my funds and traded in good faith, generating a legitimate profit of $2,508.01. However, when I requested a withdrawal, FP Markets abruptly canceled my profit, voided all my earnings, and refused to release my funds.

They claimed "unauthorized trading" or "bonus abuse," but they provided zero evidence or any legitimate contractual or regulatory justification to support their decision. Despite my honest and bona fide trading activities, they simply sent a generic email stating that my profit was "deemed invalid" and that my account would be terminated. I exhausted their internal complaint procedures, but the outcome remained the same—unfair and malicious.

This is not an isolated incident. I have since discovered numerous other traders reporting the exact same experience profits being deleted, withdrawals blocked, and accounts closed after they made money. It appears that FP Markets welcomes your deposits but refuses to honor your profits. They let you lose money but punish you when you win.

To all traders: Please be extremely cautious. If you are considering FP Markets, know that your hard-earned profits may not be safe. I strongly advise you to stay away from this broker and choose a platform that respects its clients and honors their legitimate trading gains.

Your case was thoroughly reviewed and addressed by FP Markets through our internal complaint process. Following this, you independently submitted your complaint to the Financial Commission for an external review. The Financial Commission's Dispute Resolution Committee reviewed the matter and issued its independent decision in favour of FP Markets, confirming our position and rejecting the claim.

As confirmed in your subsequent communication with us, you formally accepted the Financial Commission's decision and provided a full and final release in relation to this complaint, the disputed profits, and any claims arising from the relevant trading account. You also confirmed that you consider the matter completely and definitively closed and that you will not pursue the complaint further.

We respect your right to share your experience; however, we believe it is important that the full context and final outcome of the matter are reflected accurately.

Slow and scamming

Slow and scamming, but verey friendly. FP are a joy to talk to, but they have a slow feed to the exchange, nearly twice the latency if IC Markets; funny because they are also based in Australia.

I think their selection of assets and spreads as well as commissions is reasonable. However, when running multiple istances of Ctrader on multiple work stations, some of the same indicators [at the same time] wont load on FP's charts. Looks like they block or control on their API [to inhibit profits]. I dont see any other reason it could be. They've told me that Ctrader indciators exist in the Ctrader enviroment, which is true, again why the descerepency; given they have some serious latency issues. But if you like the nice guy atitude, maybe youll like them.
