I have been betting with them for sometime now
I cashed out around £1700 and asked to close my account
They then got really bad with me and started asking for lots of id stuff that I have now given them
Still no money and will now get a crime reference number from the police

They have basically stolen all my money

This betting company is a joke they give you free spins or free drops 9 times out 10 you won win and somtimes you think you are using the free games but the your credit has gone down and the free spins are programmed for the punter to lose stay away from this company.

I won and they didn’t pay me. The hill is a fraudulent scam.

Been a customer for over 20 years and all of a sudden I'm unable.to access the account - zero explanation from WH. The help and support which is supposed to be 24 hours is totally pointless and constantly takes you down dead ends, impossible to speak with anyone. Do not use they will just keep any funds, remove access and give no explanation.

William Hill are a disgrace!
Upon a minor withdrawal, I was requested by them to provide every possible piece of documentation only a few months into me being their customer. Which I duly did. Following this, WH were happy to take my multiple deposits. But now, a few months later, they are again asking me for the same documents just because of a measly 300 euro withdrawal. And half the documents they ask for, such as Electoral ID and National Insurance card, are only applicable in the UK and do not even exist in my home country.
Needless to say, I will be closing my account with WH as soon as I manage to withdraw all my funds.

What a sham site absolute rubbish site do not waste your money and when you do win it is extremely hard to get it out. I recently had to change bank cards and I then won a few hundred pounds I went to take some of my winnings out then I was told I needed identification from my bank and also a driving license which I sent to them on line on the message page which is a joke unhelpful site. they asked about several times for me to send in my identification which I did several times they said I had been cleared, yet they still kept asking me to send in my Identification it was getting ridiculous I just want my winnings and then I will be glad to Leave that site. It DEFFO is a big scam site. I'm not giving up though I want my money.

I placed a bet on MONTREGARD in the Scottish grand national and it didn’t run.
I have sent emails and used the help line and they just keep moving me on, I want my money back.

I was a William Hill customer for years. I won a few quid elsewhere. Upped my stakes for a day, not ridiculously. They stopped all my promotions saying it was short term. They even stopped me from playing the daily bonus drop where you’re lucky to win 50p anyway. I asked when my promotions would come back, got fobbed off. I closed my account and can honestly say there are a lot of better companies out there. I think they are the worst bookmaker in Britain bar none

Just walked in! Despite being on gamstop and moses and personally self excluding directly, I walked straight in to this devils pit in Ross on Wye today put £100 in the fobt and playing stakes mainly of 50p nothing bigger than a £2.50 win and lost the lot within 15 mins. Are these people for real? No questions asked nothing not even a good morning or goodbye as they were to busy chatting and swearing at the counter. Vile!

My Revolut cancelled my card because another company tried to take some money out of my account. This card I was using was on my William Hill Apple Pay and when I tried to withdraw money it gets bounced back straight to William Hill account. I go to the edit button which I have read from your help line, and when I press it, it does nothing. I cannot delete my card that has been cancelled and add a new one so I can get my money from my account from William Hill.

1.Why do they ask for details when you win and when you're depositing they dont bother?
