Always reliable and fast delivery. Great selection of whisky and other drinks.

It is the first time I ordered from Whisky.dk. They had a good selection, great delivery, and I also found a whisky messe near me which is a must-go. Lucky experience all around, would recommend without hesitation.

I recently ordered a bottle of whisky online from this fantastic company, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The website was easy to navigate, the selection was impressive and my order arrived super quickly and perfectly packaged.
What truly made this standout was the exceptional customer service from Jeannet. She was the most accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful staff member I've ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions (and believe me, I had many) and even helped resolve a very difficult shipping query with incredible patience and professionalism. Thanks to Jeannet, this was a seamless and very delightful purchase. If every company had such an asset as Jeannet, the world would be a better place for sure! So, I highly recommend this company to any whisky enthusiast—five stars all the way!

I bought a bottle of rum from them. Then expected it to come within 7 work days. But it came the next day (might be because I live in Sweden, but I was still surprised at the speed). The bottle was wrapped safely and I was very happy with it overall. 100% would order from there again

At first: I've got no experience with the shop at all. But due to some negative comments of customers I will not buy there. If they would offer PayPal I would try it. Most shops offer this opportunity.

I'd like to be sure to get the ordered items and unfortunately don't know the shop.

Edit: Thank you for the reply. But to transfer the money wouldn't solve my problem. I don't know your shop and the risk to get an ordered item would be only on my side.

I ordered a whisky from their website almost 2 weeks ago. I have not received my whisky and no information on the order as well on where the product is. I paid for the shipping as well. Worst company to do business with.

Update : They did send the order on 27th November and the email went to my spam mailbox. However the order has been now sent to another city which is 21 km away from my house (while a postbox is just a km away from my house). Worst logistics / order management.

I had such an awesome experience with Whisky.dk. I had sent Whisky from scotland for Christmas gifts to relatives (I live in Australia) and unknown to me, there are import taxes that the recipients need to pay. So they were all delayed at customs then returned to sender. Thank Brexit! So, I souced a distributor within Denmark, Whisky.dk, they took the order, and had it deilvered within 2 days. Amazing. Great range, competitive prices, and even answered all my questions in English. Thank you to the team. Definitely recommend.

Still waiting for my order.
The company had been poor in responding despite several emails to them over last 2 months.
They have offered no assistance apart from a few token emaila suggesting ai wait.

I buy whiskys from all over Japan, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland and UK.
Whisky.dk is the worst I had dealt with.

Does anyone have similar experience?
Is whisky.dk a scam site?

Very friendly, great communication on potential delivery delay.
Everything was packages extremely well and arrived safely and quickly.

Received what we'd ordered within the week, carefully packed to avoid breakage. No problems.

Fair delivery, however dont expect any customer service response when you write to to them!! Twice they didnt care to respond to my inquiries thus I feel compelled to stop using them.

Ordered a nice bottle of whiskey, and it was delivered to my home address within 3 hrs - excellent service :-)

I visited this store when I was on vacation in Denmark. They had an amazing selection not only of whiskey, but also of rum, and a huge selection of mini-bottles as well.

Many of the rums on their shelf were open, and they gladly allowed me to try them. Some of the ones I tried were very surprisingly rare and expensive.

I had a great time at the store, and purchased many very hard to find liquors. It was a great experience, and I give them a perfect rating!
