Ordered an item I couldn't get anywhere else in Europe. The shipping took about 10 days but it did get here. Price was fine.

A complete mess. Terrible website that doesn't work and sends bills for domains you cancelled a year ago. Tells me that if I don't like it I should go to cancel it via PBS at my bank. These people should hide their heads in shame.

We ordered cat foot online - 10 kg - and paid for home delivery. On the day delivery was promised, we stayed home. As we were sitting in the window eating a lovely lunch, we received a message that PostNord had "tried to deliver the package, but we were not home." We were not only home, but sitting in the window watching the street, where we would have seen a PostNord van drive by. The "photo proof of delivery" was someone holding his thumb over the camera.

We tried to contact PostNord customer service in the app but gave up after waiting nearly an hour.

The package was delivered to a package shop about 15 minutes away.

I had to bring a 10kg package of cat food home on my bike in the rain.

Great experience with Viktoria, who used a special mask treatment that removed the reddish tint from my blonde hair (Copenhagen water!) and gave it a softer, stronger texture. Viktoria has also been cutting my hair for several months and always does a great job.

Very nice poster, packed lovingly and sent quickly. Our only additional wish would be an add-on option for multiple ink colors, so that if there is more than one person in a household each could have a color to indicate if they had "been there".

Jeg fik en idiotisk svar: "Please accept our apologies and regret that such a high quality product has already been showing traces of usage."

Og Wardow vil ikke give refusion, da "After a careful consideration and evaluation, we came to the following conclusion: Unfortunately, in your case, the criticized appearance is caused through usage or stress. As it is does not fall under "hidden defect" it is unfortunately not covered by the warranty.

We recommend you to get a consult by a local bag-maker with regards to the cost level to repair the bag. Usually little repairing actions do not come with high costs."
